In that line of thinking.... perhaps we should get rid of the other anime and sci fi section, the mode section and the toy section. After all there are other places MWers can go to discuss that.

Yeah, but we have that forum to create and build a sense of community. Hearing how much our members would like to bone some chick that wears a skanky outfit to a comic show doesn't do much for the sense of community.

Cosplay threads are falling victim to the same problem as we had a few months ago with Fan Art. Some members actually produce great things all the time; other members see it as an excuse to draw stick figures with tits.

Hey if the Mods want to police a Cosplay thread, Official or not, that is their cross to bear.

I don't know how long it takes to make a series? It was about a decade from the original SDF Macross and Macross 7, so I'm guessing if the new series isn't Macross there will be one to follow shortly. (I think SDF Macross around 1984-85 and Macross 7 1994-95)

It depends on the quality and the technology they are using. MZero episodes take a great deal to do, M7 episodes don't.

It's too late, Star Trek is circling the bowl and no one wants to put their hand in to stop it from going down. IMHO Star Trek died with Gene Roddenberry, everything that has come after has been just the milk of the cash cow.
