  1. Japanese are awesome: even their toys are anti-seismic
  2. Video interview of Schwarzy on The Governator:
  3. Yes. One page back. And another one more. Something tells me this game's more than wanted around here...
  4. Gui

    VF-1A papermodel

    Still, it looks awesome.
  5. A bunch of eps into Daitarn 3: very different than Zambot 3 – some sort of humoristic show actually...
  6. Crysis 2 online games currently are a cheater paradise due to a lot of modifiable client side variables having an impact on gameplay – i.e.: players can activate cheats in multiplayer. Check out to see what it looks like This is what happens when a studio specialized in concole development works on the multi of a PC game...
  7. Did you guys check out the newest trailer for Super Rboto Wars Z II? http://www.famitsu.com/news/201103/28041744.html It is made of epic and win.
  8. Finished it yesterday: too bad they don't produce animes like this nowaday any more – this makes me understand better why people complain about the quality of today's shows. I strongly recommend this series to anyone around: you'll never look at super robots in the same way again...
  9. Knee-deep in the bloody shores of Zambot 3: this show's complete ownage.
  10. I think you oversimplify it, really... I'll be the 4th, then Seriously, G is made of win and gold in its very own and super roboesque way: don't take it seriously, but like some sort of very well done parody instead – or something like that... Seconded. And not only it deserved to be properly completed instead of being canceled like First has been in its time, but it also deserved a sequel far more than the ones which got one...
  11. That's pure gold: many thanks, Renato By the way, when was this interview published?
  12. Finished Voltes V yesterday: it was more sophisticated than Combattler plot wise but as much empty in term of ideas; overally, a good surprise though...
  13. A pair of concepts and two walls for Hi-Rez Studio's Tribes: Ascend
  14. Not so much for GitS actually, at least in the manga version because Oshii's interpretation was an entirely different thing in fact: I have an interview of Shirow in the french edition of Black Magic where he said he was working on GitS and he described it as one of these TV series-like cop stories whose purpose was to entertain the audience; to be the most honnest possible, I seriously think he put far more thoughts into Appleseed than into GitS...
  15. In the second pic, his face is rather similar to Frazetta's portraying of the barbarian actually... As for the muscles: maybe a bit more could have been welcome but it is not that bad neither...
  16. It is out in my country just today: due to the various positive comments I've read here, I think I may give it a try
  17. True, but Black Magic was his very first comic, so... My favorite from Shirow has always been Appleseed, and even if it was very action-oriented it was still an interesting universe with rather well drafted characters and enjoyable plots. As for this adaptation... Well, my expectations aren't high, especially since the latest pair of theatrical movies, but I'll still give a serious try to it, just in case...
  18. For what it's worth, my thoughts are with all of you, fellows, as well as with all your people...
  19. Developped by Hi-Rez Studio (developper of Global Agenda), who now possesses the Tribes license, Tribes: Ascend differs from the recently announced MMOFPS Tribes Universe as it is described like Tribes and Tribes 2: it's a multiplayer FPS developped on the Unreal Engine 3 and planned for the end of this year on PC and XBLA. Unfortunately, I can't tell you more as the official site is still empty, except for the trailer below which shows something like nothing...
  20. Eh eh, this series looks like the latest winner of the mecha genre But I'll wait to have all movies under the hand to begin watching it: I hate having to wait for fansub releases... On my side, I'm rewatching Geo-Armor Kishin Corps since a few days. I had watched it a few years ago and it left an average impression at this moment, but now I think I overlooked too much elements in this series and I'm seriously reconsidering my opinion on it. In parallel, I'm onto Voltes V: 8 eps in so far and it seems really better than Combattler V – I hope the rest of the show will not disappoint these unexpected expectations...
