  1. It's still optional, so just don't do it if it bugs you.
  2. Yeah, could be. I did a quick look and it sounds like he's going to be voicing Batman in an upcoming animated Flashpoint movie. Well, that's good then. While I do love Hamill's Joker... he may even be my favorite Joker... I know other voice actors can handle him, like John Dimaggio in Under the Red Hood. But Kevin Conroy is Batman; no one else even comes close.
  3. I picked up Legacy today. I only have time to play one mission, but it feels A LOT more like classic Ace Combat than the console versions did. It's been too long since I played Ace Combat 2, so I can't say if it's a straight up remake, but yeah, there's at least some throwbacks too it. If you have a 3DS, it's definitely worth a look.
  4. I might be mistaken or mis-remembering, but I could have sworn I read that Kevin said Arkham City was going to be the last time he did Batman.
  5. Wasn't a huge fan of Powerpuff Girls, but I loved Dexter's Lab. Eh, MLP:FIM is on Netflix. I guess it can't hurt to try it.
  6. I'll second the distilled water thing. As long as it's not dripping wet and you keep away from ports and vents, it should be ok for the palm rest and top case, too. At work, if it's really grungy or sticky, we'll maybe use a little dab of Goo Gone. Then canned air to clear dust and crumbs from the keyboard and ports. As far as backpacks go, I have this Targus one. It has a padded back and a padded compartment for the laptop with a velcro strap to keep it from moving around, plus it's big enough to put my Asus laptop in with room to spare, plus still has extra compartments for for a mouse, AC adapter, my dice bag, and several D&D books. In fact, I packed this thing with my laptop, AC adapter, phone, iPad, iPad charger, phone charger, and a jacket and took it to Beijing with me. It's a solid backpack and not too expensive. It's big, though.
  7. Obvious. Right. Whatever helps you sleep at night. For what it's worth, I'm not arguing that the Avengers is a better movie. What an individual likes, what he or she regards as "better" or "worse", is highly subjective. I just find your idea that the Avengers is emo to be a stretch of the imagination.
  8. So Bruce How is that not moping? On what planet is that less emo than a group of strangers being motivated to work together by the death of a common ally/friend/acquaintance? Sorry, there's no way you're going to convince me that one small plot element, no matter how hokey you think it was, makes a movie more emo than two and a half hours of a dude feeling sorry for himself.
  9. Yeah... no. If the blood on the cards was because they cut themselves, then maybe. The Avengers wasn't emo. Spidey in Spider-Man 3 was emo.
  10. Honestly, yeah, I'll give them major props for Gordan-Levitt's character. He's a good actor who made his character a compelling one. And yeah, Anne Hathaway is a much better Catwoman than I thought she'd be.But I'm sorry, Tom Hardy's Bane was a bland character who bore only a superficial resemblance to the comic book character. And I'm sorry, but three hours of Bruce Wayne feeling sorry for himself, deciding to be Batman again only to get the crap kicked out of him, then spending months in some prison only to miraculously find the resolve to get out just in time to save the day isn't particularly entertaining. At least, not to me.
  11. Just came back from seeing it. I guess that I'm in the minority, but I thought it was pretty mediocre. It was a three hour movie about Joseph Gordan-Levitt with 20 minutes of Batman, and for all the liberties they took with the characters, it was kind of predictable.
  12. So, when this finally comes out, this is the fifth Master File book, right? Two for VF-1, a VF-19, a VF-25, and now VF-0. Or am I missing one?
  13. Not that model specifically, but most of the laptops I've had have been Asus, and they've all had some great keyboards. Ha ha, if I ever find myself on the West Coast, maybe I'll look you up!
  14. Not the Takara version, but I bought the Hasbro version awhile back. I'll repost what I wrote then.
  15. At two different stores, all I have here is Bumblebee. Two or three peghooks of Bumblebee. No Vehicons, no Knock Out. WTF? He's one of the main characters! I want Breakdown a heck of a lot more than Dead End or some other crappy repaint.
  16. I'd love a Voyager FoC Prime. The only ones I've seen, though, are Ultra Magnus, Soundwave, Blaster, Soundblaster, and Grimlock.
  17. Yeah, except that they said the FE toys are going to be exclusive to TRU, and out around November. TRU and November do NOT mix.
  18. Controller? Oh, right. Human Revolution came out for more than PC...
  19. Hey, now. Let's not suggest anything crazy.
  20. Yeah. I think that's Humberto Ramos. He's developed a very cartoony style.
  21. Not that I'm aware of, but it's from around that time period. IIRC, there was a new Hobgoblin with a "lunatic laugh" sonic attack. Peter used some sort of tech Horizon Labs was working on to build a suit that can warp light and sound waves, hence the new Stealth suit. I can't for the life of me remember why, but it had different colors for the glow. I liked the green glow, personally.
  22. People keep saying Iron Man 3 is going to take inspiration from the Extremis story arc, but I swear the more concept art and promo pics I see the more I'm reminded of the suit after the Extremis suit (his current one).
  23. At what point did we Hollywood designer types decide that "futuristic" meant "glue on a drawer full of cutlery your ran through a blender?"
