  1. I've been Liking most of the pics, but didn't noticed until now you could Up or Downvote. I was worried I may have been Downvoting all this time unknowingly, so I just voted on Jenius' review above to make sure, but looks like Upvote is the default action, so all is good. Keep posting pics!

And don't forget the Reconpod. They need to finish the Regults as well.

This. The Recon has to be my favorite Regult. I want to get two just for the sake of it.

Yuppers...that cannon fodder version would be an insta-buy if they actually made one!  In other news.. got some panel lining done for the VE-1..what's up with Bandai going for the GIANT Macross Kite on the wing this time around?...

So, no HMR release in February or March. We've got the VF-1A Super Valkyrie in April, and HMR is releasing the Techroid Blader in May...so next Macross release in June (or later)?

If that's the case, I'll take the break to order some 1/100 Lancers from >EXO< :)

Huh, so I'm not the only one with a regult set stuck in customs huh? It's lame.

I don't know what's keeping yours but here in Mexico customs apparently is still overwhelmed with all the online purchases of the last Holiday season. I've learned patience, but I wish I could show off my purchases at around the same time as everybody else for once.

The HM-R regults are so good I'm at an impasse as to whether or not to keep the Toynami regults.  My missle regults have loose legs, but not too loose.  They stand on their own pretty well.

Right. I'm glad I skipped on those and on the Revoltechs too.

What? I was sure that you'd be on for new ride armors!

Oh, no. I love them. But I have to administrate my money wisely now. I'm already invested in too much stuff and at least I have the classic designs by Beagle. Who knows, maybe I can track them down later on or there's a reissue some day, I've got lucky before :)

  8. Skipped on the new Ridearmors in favor of Arcadia's Garland. I'm happy with my Beagles and I've wanted a solid classic Garland since Yamato's poor attempt from back then. As for the Legioss, is good to see the toy industry finally getting the looks right, but I'm not investing on another half assed line of Legiosses. I'll just keep waiting for the right ones to come.

  9. Nippon-Yassan is still processing my Regults. The Mexican customs are really slow anyway so I've learned patience a long time ago. I'm buying only the amount of pieces for a convincing diorama, so I've no need for extras, thank God: One Glaug, Three normal Regults and one missile type set so you get the idea. I'll have to get two of the Scout types tho'. I'm a sucker for that one

  10. Having read all the great things about the VF-2ss can't wait for Bandai to release Nexx's. That might take a while tho' so if I can afford it among all the upcoming releases, I might grab a Sylvie in the meantime.

  11. Not very impressed. I'm sure it'll be a great toy and the hips gimmick is very clever but it's not essential either and not enough to star collecting a new VF-1 line. So far, I like Yamato V2's sculpt best.

Mine is in the clear... But it should be more in the clear but it's sagging right behind the cockpit because of the silly pegging method. It's also resting on the points of the rear landing gear doors and I'm afraid to open them any further to prevent that. A peg on the bottom of the head, or using the head as a peg, might have done the trick to prevent the core sagging.

You think it would be a somewhat easy mod to secure the fighter's middle section? If that's the worse flaw, I may give it try. The other thing that worries me is the tailfins. I can't get over them sagging left and right.

Far as the high speed mode goes... yeah, I'd love to see it gone.  Right now?  My Bandai VF-19 Advance just as floppy as any of my Arcadias have gotten.  In fact, it's worse in a way, because I was able to build a replacement bracket for the Arcadia that mounts the wings on a single pivot.  Good luck getting any Bandai product apart to do the same sort of replacement without entirely destroying it. <_<

Can you post pics of that mod? I might try that one day.

  14. I love the Zentran ships myself, but as toys they'd have very little consumer's appeal IMHO, so I don't see Bandai making those anytime soon. They're just green turds that do nothing and wouldn't be in scale to anything. At least he SDF-1 transforms.

  15. Missed on Sylvie (couldn't afford it at the moment), but the one I really wanted is Nexx's anyway, I just wasn't sure when would Bandai release that one if ever. Now that it's coming I'm happy I didn't get Sylvie's. Bandai might even want to tweak the flaws on Nexx's, but I'll happily take it for what it is.

  16. I don't own the Advance but the CAD seems from a completely new toy to me. I remember the Advance's Battroid to be lankier, this shares more resemblance to Arcadia's proportions, more anime like? If that's the case, then Bandai's commitment to Mac+ is serious and we may see the 1/60 21 I've been waiting for all these years.
