    I got the package on September 3rd and contacted them on the 8th. They responded on the 9th and havent said anything since so im guessing this will be an exception to the rule. I sent them an email today asking for an update. If they keep stringing me along ill just ask for a return and wait for the new stock.

    I know thats not the perfect solution but I would gladly take that option over the radio silence HLJ has given me

    Yea basically that ankle piece would be the only difference and at a quick glance they all look the same.

    Great! They admitted its a considerable number of unit affected. They still refuse to help us out LIKE CDJ said in their email.

    Why would he get banned? Its a legitimate manufacturer’s defect so I dont see why they would ban. They have helped me over the past few years with no issues. I went through the same process with the first DX 31F release and a scratch it had on the wing.

    My friend got his from Amiami and they are exchanging it and also covering return shipping, he just sent it back today. The question is if they will just get a replacement off the shelf that will have the same issue or check to see if the unit is fixed which I highly doubt.

    Arcadia contacted retailers in Japan about the defect People got emails from the retailers being informed about the issue and to deal directly with the manufacturer which doesnt help us much but at least they have acknowledged the problem.

    A helpful user over on TFW2005 disassembled the the foot and sort of fixed the foot by sanding the incorrect part to get it to line up. Its not easy to disassemble the foot but it can be done.     @ArchieNov can you take a pic of these parts since you have a good one. We are trying to figure out if they are also supposed to be facing the same way or if there should also be a left and right for these parts. Thanks!!

    I tried the glue fix and had no luck. Adding pins was the only solution that worked for me, also adding grease to the ratchets seems to help a little. Today im going to try and fix the bent antennas.

    Yea man yours are 100% good agreed i wish they had a detent or locking point for the toes.

    Like everyone else I got MP-44 and then that led to the need for a new Sideswipe. The Badcube one isnt bad and I feel it does things better than MP-12 but its nowhere near a Takara product. It'll serve as a good stand in until we get a new Sideswipe. Out of all the MP autobots we have gotten, it is the only one I feel desperately needs an update. Also anyone else run into the knee issue on the left leg of MP-44? I had problems with mine and requested a replacement. Immediately added pins to the knee ratchet to hold it in place. Some people suggested super glue but I couldnt get that to work.

    Report it to them. The more reports they get the more pressure they can put on Arcadia to try and get us the correct part. Seems that way, Ive seen more defects than correct ones from users on twitter. So far I only seen two assembled correctly including yours
