Dude! I was never a fan of the clear fastpack and strike parts covers, but they look kick ass on the new 1/60's! Didn't realize they were out already. Where did you get them and how much did they set you back?

They are pretty sweet aren't they!?! I got them from Valk009 for $40 USD shipped registered from HK. Such a great and quick deal it was. Everything was sealed up all brand new. AWESOME! And now I just received this CMs Minmei Doll from save. She is so cute!

Went out to take my dog for a walk this morning and this was sitting on the curb in front of my neighbors house. I am very excited to have a new base to take pics on. Now I am going to go and get a couple of lamps. This thing is 28 inches squared on top and only 22 inches tall. But it is too cool.

Anyway, I never did like Stig. Rey is ok. But my favourite characters are still Houquet and Yellow. If that Beagle guy is a fan, he would know better than to release 2 so-so characters instead of the really popular characters like Houquet and Yellow.

IMO, Houquet should have followed Stig in the release sequence. Rey is so much like Stig (toy wise), that buying him is like buying a version 1.1 Stig.

On Disc 2 of Macross 7. I finally found out what the tattoo on the side of what's his names head from Diamond Force. It's hard to make out. Is it really a winged horse?

And now it's a lot more of Maylene (sp) singing. I think I like her less than Basara

you should turn the oxygen back on in your house before you start slinging the mud. Forget about Ley, we've been hearing even the Stick ride armor hasn't sold out, even the toynami version hasn' tsold out. On the other hand, Yamato and Bandai have had no problems selling 200 dollar toys, even releasing them every month with little more than a minor paint app change. So it seems apparent that the economy doesn't really seem to be a factor.

Maybe the beagle would have had a chance if it didn't come on the tail end of 2 other ride armor toys. But so far, other than a relatively few people the demand for the Beagle armor just isn't there.

edit:: I'm not saying it wouldn't be cool and that I wouldn't buy the last two releases... I'm just saying the reasoning that slapping "yamato" on the box would suddenly revive the line is rather flimsy.

I must agree. But my reasoning is the $. Can someone send me theirs so I can handle it and finally make my decision to purchase one? I know that's a bit odd. But, that's what it's come down too.
