Someone from a planet known for their space helicopters got a gritty reboot.  It would probably make a bigger impact if she had even a miniscule resemblance to her original design instead of just casually getting her name dropped so readers know who she is supposed to be.

I’d rather get other people’s opinion about what I found.

Now that I think about it, with all of the events that have come and gone on during the year of Macross, I don’t remember hearing anywhere online so far how the powers that be were going to top it all off at the end.  Granted, they are loosely following everything that was announced at the beginning, but with less than 3 months left any of you on the podcast wonder about that?

I don't know.  That new animated footage that was previewed at a couple of events you guys went to.

From the podcast crew, the best estimate of new chapters in the Cycomic run should be near the end of 2018.

Damn you MoviePass.  This movie was not available as an option last weekend.  Ended up watching Peppermint instead, an ok movie.

Crazy Rich Asians the Anime  Special A.  That was a good movie, but for some reason I thought about the show again.

If the profit per book is $1 (or even less) they still earn thousands of dollars per issue sold.

I have a hard time believing that when the top comics on those lists are at almost half a million.  Also, after almost a year running these are the best estimate in sales the shops are anticipating for those genuinely interested in the comic for the long haul and eccentric completionists.
