JakCrow Posted September 10, 2017 Posted September 10, 2017 One of the joints on the weapons pod for my Bandai DX Chogokin YF-30 toy has become incredibly loose and I wanted to get some suggestions about fixing this. The join itself has a metal pin in it with obviously no easy way to get into it. I have tried a little model glue without any change. I was thinking of super glue, but I'm a little leery about it. Any recommendations?
David Hingtgen Posted September 11, 2017 Posted September 11, 2017 Seconded. If nail polish is too thick to "wick into" the joint, Future is like water.
JakCrow Posted September 14, 2017 Author Posted September 14, 2017 I tried the floor polish, but it didn't work effectively, so I'm trying a matte nail polish now. Wish I could really get into the joint tho.
Sildani Posted September 15, 2017 Posted September 15, 2017 You may need multiple applications of the floor polish. Several thin coats may do the trick.
