The UN Spacy Kite symbol goes on the VF-11 just aft of the cockpit, right where the canards are. That's all the instructions mention... I think they're on the last page. If you want to put on more of the decals, look around for some decal placement sheets for real-life fighters and base your placement on that. At least it will give you an idea as to what to do...
