Macross continuity - are the PCE games part of it?

I'm referring to the games Macross 2036 and Macross: Eternal Love Song

These games happen in the year 2036 and 2037 according to the manuals however I don't see any mention of them in the official Macross continuity.

Does anyone know??

Nope, though there is a fan theorized alternate continuity where they fit in with Macross II.
