Any comment about the Fou release though? A 'once-in-a-dunbine-fan's-lifetime' offering? They pulled out the stops with a diorama base, separate glider, and opening cockpit details? Wish Arcadia would come out with something like this for the Macross TV series . . .

My boss got a head shot taken without me knowing. If I had known I would have told her to do her own hair and makeup. Instead - they had her come in with hair undone and no makeup, so they could do it 'right'. This usually fails miserably as most ladies know what is best for themselves. She always wears a lot of makeup and is a party girl, you can see a small candid floating there on the right. So I tried to match that without make her look too clowney - took about 2 hours. Not sure what camera they used but it 'fishbowled' her nose, and brought out every horrible detail . . .

I have a can of Testors - that's why I'm looking for something else. Its just not uniform, small micro streaks of semi-gloss areas can sometimes appear when I have used it. Placed the order from Scotland for 2 cans of the TS-80 . . .

The Dunbine FOU coming out at the end of this month. I have it pre-ordered. My number 1 wish for ARCADIA? Something unique from the original Macross TV series that we've never seen before - like this gutsy Dunbine release from Bandai. It includes a classic diorama scene, support ships and an appeal fans just have to have. ARCADIA - How about? -- 1/60 Phalanx with Ghost ship, support vehicles set and tarmac diorama, with smoke missile launch effect? Wonderland Models in Scotland seems to have it, and will ship to USA. http://www.wonderlandmodels.com/products/tamiya-ts-80-100ml-clear-flat/ I will try it and let you guys know if it goes smoothly. I had never heard of TS-80 before so this back and forth has been helpful . . .

I would be spraying over acrylics - so would the lacquer be OK? Why don't you like their acrylic version? And what the heck happened to Tamiya? Lawsuit or something? Dullcoat was perfect . . .

Sorry if this has been asked to death - but - I used to use Tamiya Dull Coat back in the day and loved it. Now that is gone and their flat clear seem unavailable. Is Mr. Hobby Cleat Flat really good? $15 a good price? (I do not have an airbrush to put future or other mixes through) . . .

Does anyone know if there is a difference between these two kits? Besides plastic color? The Galleon does seem like a next logical Wham release from WAVE, but if they don't I'm going to pick up one of these . . .

I test out the SC section of RB on my 4 and 6 years olds sometimes. Every time I do they ask me to turn it off and put something about Rick or Scott back on. Ha! What do they know? Personally - I like about 1/3 of it. Some great character interaction and even animation sometimes. The other 2/3s - well...

We should celebrate how far we come from the old HCM releases. I never had any HCMs, but its easy to see the massive advancements in designs and materials. I'm not a fan of the Auge, but they've made it look very cool here. Interested to see how they managed the joints in the shoulder cannons...

You could title the review: Who You Would Least Like to Have at a Holiday Dinner --- The Microman figs look like their arms and legs were lost in the war and replaced with mechanical ones. Will check out the review Jenius, you are never afraid to delve into the obscure - which is good!
