Someone tried a few years back... it was a toy bootlegger looking to go legit that apparently pitched the idea before ever getting a license, and then kind of quietly folded after doing some draft work.  I forget the name of the outfit.

They struggled quite a bit to get something that actually looked good.

MAAS Toys. I think someone did a runner with their funds...

I asked Kitz Concept CS about their Dana 1/12 Figure:

We did not give up to produce 1/12 Dana but we modified the clothes materials to Fabric instead of original (plastic) thus it takes time and delay to release in Jun 2023.

About the MEP Toys' Invid toys, they have been cancelled.

The guy from MEP is going to refund all the orders and later this year have an inventory sale of all the items produced.

What happened? Are they even more sub-standard than the Hellcat?

As with every question of this sort, the answer lies with you individually, and the customer base collectively. Know that this has been one of the most grueling projects I've had to work on in the last 2 decades, and if there's a re-issue/variation, there will also be a price correction to reflect the stupid amount of work it entails. With that said, If you pay attention to the decal sheet pic in my last update, you'll see that the markings for Yellow are there.

Thanks. That basically means I will be waiting for the female edition.

Dammit @Perxion, you and @Tober are goading me into buying a 3D printer of my own, aren't you?

Very impressive design work, guys. :good:

Yep! They are messy but can produce some great results. :)

Nice! Would that mean the next one is a 1/60 Vajra?

Thanks! I'd need some really good reference for that tho...

  5. I (FINALLY!) received a new 3D printer to play with, so I pulled this Hellcat project out of digital mothballs. I'm pretty pleased with how it turned out, even though there is some resin whitening. The main body is aprox 10cm long, so roughly 1/12 scale. There are no joints for it yet tho.
