I just saw this on YouTube last night & the animation is really well done, surprisingly this was not made by a Japanese company. 

I wasn't sure where to post this though it is considered a "Short Film", so Mods, do your thing if this belongs somewhere else. 

I just paid for mine, I almost forgot I PO'ed this "Not Jetfire" VF-1 forever ago... and now the waiting game for delivery.

I thought for sure we'd be getting the Battle of the Gullet. Everything looked to be set up for it. Man, season 3 just looks to be total war from start to finish.

 

If you liked Emma Myers as Enid on WEDNESDAY, you'll really like her in this series too.

Feels like we’ve been waiting for Sentinel’s Tread just as long as we had to wait for the Toynami Beta. 

EDIT:  2.5 years since they showed the initial prototype. 

It's possible with the constant increase in production costs not to mention a factory with solid QC, Sentinel is probably still weighing in if it's worth it or not to build a Tread. I have a feeling that despite those who really want one, the inevitable price tag will scare off the majority. 

I'm still wondering if Sentinel will take on a Dark Legioss/Shadow Fighter one of these days, not to mention a matching Ride-Armor.

My wife and I finished PRESUMED INNOCENT on Apple+ last night and its really good! Highly recommended. Fast paced for a legal thriller that held our attention all the way till the end. It'll be interesting to see what the second season brings. On a side note I had some revelations about the cast.

 

• It's the first media I've seen with Jake Gyllenhaal and Peter Sarsgaard together since the film Jarhead back in 2005.
• Peter Sarsgaard is married to Jake's sister Maggie Gyllenhaal and both played district attorney's in different Batman films that met similar fates. Being blown up!! 😱

Agreed, PRESUMED INNOCENT is really good. 

I'm starting to feel relieved I passed on this Valk, I love the VT-1 but broken stabilizers out of the box & other QC issues on this thing... and I agree with @Chronocidal on this Valk & the DX YF-21 with its QC issues too, luckily mine didn't have a broken antenna/head laser but it does have other fit problems, not acceptable at such prices. 

I'm glad I have my two YAMATO VT-1's, with the shoulder replacements, they're rock solid & no exploding parts.

Yeah, I saw that first listing last night while browsing Mandarake and it showed in stock, in the time it took me to login into my account, it then said SOLD... that was super fast! 

While getting a Macross Toy license might include a few hoops to jump through, it would be nice to see these other companies attempt Mac Plus or Mac Zero designs (even if they have to slap a RT or HG label on the side). That's where my $$$ would go.

Not a fan of that design and yeah, just one too many VF-1J's coming out. So many other Valkyrie designs out there.

so, we have signs of Sheepstealer, but where's Nettles? We've met the other Dragonseeds, but oddly not her.

Edit: Daemon's story arc this season makes sense to me after this episode. I see where they're going with it.

Can you explain what's happening with Daemon, I have some thoughts, but a little clarity would be great. Does the Weirwood tree have something to do with it?

Yeah, that elbow joint is an odd choice but not the worst thing ever. Is the VF-1S with Roy or Hikaru piloting?

This VF certainly looks stable and rugged. Fighter mode is pretty good, but I actually like Battroid the best!

Those sound like some fun nights! Yeah, sometimes Carls Jr. or Burger king would happen too.

In the mid 90's my local 20/20 Video had this movie plus Project A-ko, Bubblegum Crisis, Gunbuster and handful of other classics. I was so lucky the manager was an Anime fan and kept as many titles handy as he could. I miss those days, getting some Chinese take-out & renting VHS Anime films. 

After watching this video, I'm actually tempted to get one of these.

Anyway, I watched it, and it's about as good as it could possibly be, considering everyone is 40 years older.

I posted my opinion of it the other day, personally I loved it. Eddie Murphy and the crew did not disappoint IMO.

Maybe it's because of the age, but my Yamato has gotten all loose and floppy, the paint on the die-cast parts has started peeling, and the plastic just feels more fragile. Thanks @Actar also @no3Ljm for your opinions on these two YF-21's. I think for now I'll just be leaving these guys in Fighter mode. That said, if down the road I can pick up a Yamato 21 or another DX 21... maybe, maybe then I'll take the plunge & transform it.
