Have you gotten the swing bar in to position in Battroid mode yet? And are you having trouble getting it out now?

Well brother....I must say.....it looks hella sweet in fighter mode!

You are correct....it does loosen up slightly over time which is a good thing. At first I was like "WTF! COMEONE!!!" and now I'm like "ohhhh that's much much better....yeah you like that don't you"

Hell yeah brother.....LOS is the bomb. I would suggest that if you are going to buy a 2nd....go with LOS again. I would.

JGrizzle, Well mate....I almost always order from LAFtoys.com. Los is based out of Texas and it is actually about the same price if not cheaper to order from him instead of an overseas seller. I actually prefer 1 click for Battroid and 2 clicks for GERWALK.

I'm sure the 1/48 gun strap would work....it would be a bit large....but it would work.

There are certain places you can go to be trained. It is an intense training course that usually lasts like a week(I think). I am not sure how you find it. I know that my old roomie who is now or already has become an instructor for it knew some people and that's how he found out. He is also an retired marine and everyone except for like 2 people in the class he took were retired military. One of the 2 that were not retired military was a professional kickboxer.

Well.....if it is still chipping like mad....then I would not give it to him either. But will he understand why you are not giving it to him is the question? I sure hope he does. Just tell him that you need to fix it and it could take some time. He seems to be a very bright boy and I think he will be cool with that.
