  1. Sorry, I didn't know Toynazi hold the worldwide rights for Mospeada. That sucks. I bet they KNEW any japanese manufacturer would do better Legioss than theirs. I hope they do at least 1/100 versions to match their upcoming VF-1 line.

By the way, does anybody knows if Toynami showed the Beta-Tread at the latest NY ToyFair? This is getting closer and closer to vaporwear.

    Toynazi

Let's fight for open standard toymodels and break the HG vendor lock!

  2. Looks nice...  would be nicer if he tried to cover the "verhicle" with a displayable chassis.

But i believe that shot was taken in an annual japanese robotics competition which focuses on bipedal robots. So its main scoring is from balance, and programming logic, not aesthetics.

Oh ok, they must have won 1st prize! B))

  3. Hmm..I compared some tech details of the Legioss and VF-1A.

In atmosphere it's a close combat.

The legioss is a smaller target but is slower than the VF-1A.

Firepower main gun (both 3 barreled):

    VF1A > 55mm

    Legioss > 80mm

Legioss can fly in battroid mode.

Can use micromissiles as flares or suprise attack

(missiles aimed towards the back in fightermode)

Ehm... I prefer the Legioss! :p

  4. Pssst...

Get "pepakura viewer". No manual, just build using the questionmark icon button to show the corresponding flap on the model preview (surface is indicated with red).

Make sure your printers margin is set to 0mm to print to the max. edge of the paper as possible (if your printer supports that).

If some parts don't fit, its excess you can cut away with ease.

I haven't build mine yet. Enjoy!
