I'm not liking armo fighter The nosecone and cockpit are half of the plane. The arms/engines are too short.
But armo diver and armo soldier are looking really good.

Has anyone here ended up dropping their copy of the DX VF-1 accidentally?
We know that the HMR can take a drop from nearly 2 meters high (6 feet) and still survive, with all that weight on the DX VF-1, will something be sacrificed?
Another useful factoid about the DX VF-1: You can still use as a weapon to protect yourself against any possible thief or break ins as the feet is quite useful as a club (just like the Chunky Monkeys).
I dropped my 1J DX from a small two feet coffe table. It was in fighter mode resting on the landing gears and I bumped the table and the 1J flew into the floor.
The backpack got disconnected from the legs. But luckily nothing broke, and nothing got scratched. My heart stopped for a moment though

LOVE IT! Some say the Bandai Chunky Monkey's are the best 80's toy, I'd put these right there with them! I kept my blue one, he's hanging out with his Mospeada friends in a display case. I have my green one but his arm sheered off many many moons ago and I can't figure out a fix. I didn't keep my TFer's Jetfire some years back. Just sayin.
I'd say it's THE best toy of the 80's.

Estaría bueno ver como quedó el VF-0.

Absolutely!!!! The Destroids and enemy mecha from this line really shine. Great renditions of the mecha they represent, very well built. Sculpt and fit are top notch too!!!

Thanks.
The TV Max and TV Kakizaki were some of the last 1/48’s produced by Yamato.
They were packaged as Macross Chronicles, but they did NOT come with TV hands (a fellow MW’er helped me to acquire those).
Edit: Actually, it was @Ignacio Ocamica who gave me the TV hands all those years ago. Glad I’m able to put them to good use again!
You remembered!! Hehehe. I sent you the TV hands from the 1/48 VF-1A CF (it's an hybrid because it comes with DYRL head but also TV clown hands).

I've seen a fan modding a Fokker 1S to sport a yellow heatshield!!!
Only if I could find the pic.

I have three Yamatos, so I'll pass.
I'm happy for the people that missed all the other releases.

AE has always had an “indefinite private warehouse”. I’ve had items sit with them for over a year.
Good to know about the "indefinite pw" thank you!!!

I expect my 1S Hikaru to be naked for a long time. Paid for my AE preorder more than a half year ago. I'm in the April batch but the postal service from Japan to Argentina is postponed for the time being.
Hope AE holds my preorder for me.

I wouldn't hold my breath on that. Bandai hasn't even finished any squadrons on the HMR line, and some of us are still waiting on super parts for the rest of Delta squadron.
Pretty sure Bandai decides what to release next using a dart board. Or laying down a bunch of valk pictures on the ground and seeing which one the company cat decides to sit on.
Yes, where are my HMR Phalanx and Tomahawk???
