SV51. I have both but the sheer size of the SV is awesome

I agree with 1/1 LowViz Lurker
the stand pieces that come with the VF annoy me to no end. Either include a stand or some other accessory piece like standing figures.
-
Ya, reissue everything. that way, it won't be such a gamble getting the older VF with issues like VF-0 since it comes in a new box.
Just this weekend, our local retailer had VT-1 selling for $370 with a straight face, even though the box was literally crushed.

I wonder if this film will make other supposedly planned live action movies like gaiking more improbable. since this movie used a lot of cliches from the super robot animes and it will be harder to top this.

re-issue with improvements yamatos macross line at a lower price point.

i never got past the mid point in my rand transformation. had it for at least 2 years

Great work on the VF1.

I liked the first game. The second seemed to just ramp up the difficulty too much.
-
I'm happy with the Valks I have. The only unrepresented show I have is the Zero. I hope arcadia does that first if they restart on Macross. The Zero line seems to be the one that tarnished Yamato's name(bec of the QC) way back.

Anyone know if it's easy to find the 29 in Japan retail stores? Going there next week
-
First thing that popped in my mind when I saw that topic was, hope jenius adds different repaints in his site and kicker gets more so we can see all of them.
-
My last purchases were the VF-19S & VF-17S right at the time the news came out. I will be moving to a new home early next month & was thinking of selling some 1/48's. After this news, I'm keeping them.

Macross 30

sorry if this has been covered. I have an upcoming trip to Japan and was planning to get the game. How playable is it to someone who can't understand Japanese?

I got my vf-17s. Love the heft and details. Together with the vf-19, it's the best of both worlds. The detailing of Yamato and the heft of a chogokin bandai.
-
just opened my newly received vf-19s. I love the heft and look. the dark glossy colored plastic looks better on hand than some photos.
-
same thing happened to my older 1/48. I just used super glue on it, the back hinge part was still sticking out thought, so i just braced it and glued the canopy on.
-
you've started at a great time. so many variants out there at 1/60 than several years ago.
-
your displays keep getting better kicker.
-
does the sound booster fit into any vf-19? i was thinking of getting an S or F with the sound booster.
-
V2 for the VF-0 line.
I never got it because of the perceived quality issues.
-
VE-1 and 1/60 fast packs for me.
-
I bought way too much yamato and bandai VF this year.
-
How was the sale of the first batch? Did it sell out fast?
-
Was around $50 when first released back in 2008 - hard to find one now, even on eBay. Probably runs around $100+ now, might find better deals on Mandarake though. Definitely the best Minmay figure released IMO, just don't like the fact she's kinda small (rated at 1/8 scale, but I think that's being a bit generous).
sorry to go off topic. but is it safe to get ver 2 vf-1 1/60 from mandarake? do they check the shoulders and presumably, the original buyer who lives in Japan can get the parts easily replaced?
vf22 or sv51 trying to make a choice

get one already. haha. you have to have both eventually. like the evolution of a fighter- from the sv that looks like a flanker to the vf22 that looks like a raptor.
