I dunno, I think it is VF-X2's 13. p.s. Because Triskaidekaphobia, so Macross 13 is not regular fleet, the name is inexistent Macross(存在しない), a secret fleet. AD.2059, Focker is colonel(大佐), VF-X commander, Ozma's senior(先輩).
