Have 1 band new, unopened Kitz Concept VF-1S (Roy Focker) to unload. Bought it as "Collector grade" from BBTS. Still wrapped in plastic from the warehouse. Simply changed mind about collecting this scale after I had purchased it.

Asking $100 including priority mail shipping within the US.

I accept Venmo, Cash app and Paypal.

I think at this point, the Legioss is not coming out this year. Which I am OK with, end of the year is going to break me with SOC's, a Hot Toys preorder, Blowsupirior (we know this will be delayed from it's August release) and 2 DX Chogokin Valks.

Better for me financially if the Legioss is an early 2020 release.

Got my missile set in Saturday from NY. Still haven't tried to add them to the VF-1J yet. Later this week...

I decided to go ahead and pay for 1 strike set at NY for now. Going to hold off on pre-ordering either the Max or Hikaru upcoming valks. I'll take my chances release day for those guys.

Little did I realize Bandai would force me to do some soul searching… over preordering toys.

A few years back I had to sell my entire collection before moving to the west coast, only got back into collecting the last couple of years. What has been fantastic is that much of what I had sold has been reissued (Arcadia's SDF-1 as an example) and often with improvements or remade better than previously done (Masterpiece Optimus Prime).

I had begun to recollect Valkyries obviously as well. When Bandai announced they where doing the new 1/48th scale series I was overjoyed. A chance to rebuild the collection bigger and better than before. But with the way Bandai has been handling these preorders has been a nightmare. 

And now I have to decide how many I am getting from DYRL now to buys  strike parts... UGH. Can't help but wonder would I be better off buying used Yamato and Arcadia releases instead?

Bandai, why you make this so hard?

No, just 1 set towards the end of the pre-order window BUT it was in the window .

I was going to bite the bullet and buy both the Max 1A and the VF-1S at the inflated markup on NY but I am still waiting on my missile order set to ship... is that normal for them?

PO madness with Max convinced me not to stay up for the VF-1S, but I did wake up at midnight and check my phone and I could see it was all going to crap so I stayed in bed and roiled over.

So now, I may skip buying at NY as I would be worried they are taking orders they will not be able to fulfill. Then I would have a ridiculous store credit I'm stuck spending at their store...

Hoping to grab one release day from of the other usual suspects.

I have spoken with the guys Tamashii Nation who run the US distribution side of things and they have said (more than once)  they would love to bring Macross stateside as they know there is a huge following here but can't because of the BW/HG stuff. When that ends, I would very much expect Macross product to start coming stateside.

Bandai will not sell any Macross product to a US retailer due to the licensing issues.

Damn, the first time in years I have not been able to score a Macross preorder. Ever, actually, now that I think about it.  Very disappointed. Here's hoping I can score one release day.

Great review Graham. Looks like it's everything I had hoped it would be. Looking forward to getting mine.

Usually though most of the stuff I get from Japan or HK goes through customs. where it is scanned and thus I know it is close to being here. But so far there is no record of anything since since dispatch from Japan. I can give it a try though.

Yeah this is always the case for me. So either are stuff is sitting on the Customs tarmac or the plane went down and no one has gotten around to telling us yet. Even with the holiday's packages should be showing in Customs at the very least by now.
