So basically everything I disliked from the preview pics...I still dislike with it now that I have in in-hand....

Additionally, the hands seem off...like too large for the fig...they are also difficult to remove and install...the gun in the pics is from the Hikaru fig.....without it every hand included just looks odd....and the weirdest accessory is a video game controller....guess a sort of homage to the video game scene in the show...I think a container with his video game tokens would have made more sense....

The only the face that I have installed is "ok"...the other 2 just don't seem right for his character....

This is easily the worst Macross fig release from KC....I don't regret the purchase, but hope that their next release...the Zentran figs...will make up for it....time will tell....

I downgraded my pledge to just $2 to get updates, I'll pay retail for this all once they are close to shipping since they hit the goal and he has confirmed they will be up for sale at retail but at higher prices.. I'll let others provide the loan on this one.  

But, very excited to see them make this happen. Some good stuff there. Was VERY impressed with my artillery battle pods.

It seems fairly priced to me at $90 for an 11-inch long, die-cast metal fighter with the features advertised. I've paid more for less.

To be fair, I would never say no to firing missiles on a toy. Cannon or not.  

Several folks keep reiterating that it is too much and not enough time for folks to save up.  When I quoted $700 to $1000 (if they unlocked wave 2 and 3). He replied  "In reality, the cost for three vehicles and a set of figures is not necessarily $700; you may have made an error in your calculations. I appreciate your support, and I want to emphasize that the pricing for this Kickstarter is neither complicated nor expensive. "

I'm sorry, what? It's $764 for all 3 vehicles and the full set of figures with shipping. 

Man, Cyrus is borderline arguing with folks in the comments on Kickstarter. He is very instant that the pink color is to guarantee success". What? !

Don't be suspicious, they haven't scammed anyone and their products are good.

The fact that they are doing this via Kickstarter when they already have a mechanism in place to do preorders on their own site and have 3 different items outstanding to paid customers is very suspicious. 

Something I am not seeing pointed out in this discussion is by doing it on Kickstarter they could end up not providing a finished product and we would still be out of money. Strikes me as odd they took this to Kickstarter when they already had a preorder system in place. 

Also 127K for 3 vehicles and 10 figures? Math ain't matching. 

And the mix of stuff? This is like 4 Kickstarters combined into 1, and that is just wave 1.

The long national nightmare has ended, my blue legioss from Sentinel preorder has finally been filled by BBTS!!! FInally in my pile of loot.

I definitely enjoyed the improvements and tweaks they did from the initial prototype to the second one.

Just hope Sentinel can nail the colors next.

Look at the box art for her fighter, the bike is VERY neon pink, NOT red. Sentinel is screwing this up for sure. Very disappointed. Very likely a pass.

So hopes of a full squad on bikes is out the window as far as I am concerned.

I am as well. Last I was told they were waiting on the rest of their order but yes, this is unusual for them. Interestingly, it is not listed as "Sold Out" as it does normally when no more to be had. It shows as still "Pre-Order Sold Out" so clearly they expected X amount and only got in y so far. I am close to giving up and ordering at scalped pricing.

Thanks for reminding me... I too have a paid order for Strike parts and not so much as an email about being delayed or that they where in. Submitted a ticket asking to downgrade shipping or get a refund. Which I know will be a credit I will probably never use, never touching NY again.

Any word from Sentinel about a 2nd run? I suspect, for the first time ever, I may get shorted by BBTS. Not sure I can somach the aftermarket prices already on this in Japan...

Here's where I'm guessing Sentinel drops the ball.... I'm fearing it will be more pink then red when released....

Their default color option for the micro version with the fighter release got me thinking, why would they pick that pink for it? Unless that is the prominent overall color of the larger one. 

Is it just me or is Bandai going WAYYYY out of it's way to say "frakk off if you're outside of Japan! We do not want you to have this!" more than usual this time around?
