Post pics, so I can live vicariously through you until mine gets here tomorrow! And I hope you guys don't have any chipped paint apps right out of the box what the one member at Toysdaily posted...hopefully it's a limited QC issue.

I never understood why he was referred to as "Skull 4", when his number is "007". And for that matter, I don't think any of the numbers matched their call signs other than Ozma's....weird.

How did the paint around the intakes chip already if you haven't even transformed it yet?!
I'm with Graham, where's the Goddamned panic button when you need it?

While I admit that if it weren't for RT, I'd have never known about Macross (It's all we had in the states back in 1985), I pretty much pay RT no attention anymore. I like the ORIGINAL SDF Macross much, much better, lol.

For me, SDF Macross will ALWAYS be cannon, DRYL was either just a movie within a movie, or an alternate reality version of SDF Macross. As for Macross Frontier:
Oh, and Macross 7 NEVER actually happened, lol.

I've cause glimpses of the exposed cockpit while watching the TV series. Shōji Kawamori probably couldn't do anything about it, so like David said, they just did their best to hide it.

Question, do the legs stay up on their own in fighter mode? I've noticed that in alchemo's pics, that the legs are high up enough that you can read the "SMS 007" on the insides of the upper legs in the fighter mode pics, while in other pics, the "SMS 007" can't be completely seen in other members fighter mode pics.

I see the legs droop a bit in fighter mode, I hope that's only because the wing gloves aren't properly locked in place to the legs. Otherwise, Bandai could stand to take a few notes from Yamato on making locking tabs on the arms for the legs in fighter mode. While we're on the subject, Yamato could stand to take some notes from Bandai on tampo printing EVERYTHING.
