How will the value of the old ones fair against the re-releases? If I see these start to go for less than a 100$ MIB I might pick a couple up.

It's been awhile since I've seen anything new regarding the Monster and Q-Rau. Are there any new pics or info? I hope these don't go the way of the 1/60 upgrades.

An Orguss shows up in Macross (DYRL I think) for about 1.5 seconds. Basiclally it's standing on the SDF-1 firing at Zentradi likke you're standard destroid. It's shield is on the wrong arm, which prompted a joke that it must have been reveresed when it crossed over to our dimension.

Lots of Macross folks worked on Orguss so it was probably an inside joke, like the pepsi and budweiser cans hidden in the missle swarms.

Yeah! I was just surfing Ebay and saw those. Along, with the other seller who has pics posted in the other thread. I really don't think he is in the US though. Shipping rates are too high.

I love that booster for the valk. If I remember that episode correctly, wasn't there a launch pad that raised to a 90 degree angle. That'd be a cool little set to have.

Keep in mind that this VF-1J will more than likely be realeased with the uprades. So that means collapsable gunpod, no more stupid pieces to loose from the arms, and better poseability. The first release was flop city compared to the valks after it!

I will be getting the bundle myself and definately extras if they are released individually.

Considering the VF-0's engines.......nope.

And on that same note wouldn't the armored VF be to heavy for the engines, ecspecially within the atmosphere? Maybe it will be just limited to ground missions.

I do agree that is a cool pic, but those skinny arms look a little wimpy to me.

It depends on which valk it is. I always associate my toys with the most memorable scenes from the anime.

Example's:

VF-1D - I love it in Gerwalk.

Hikaru's 1J - Definately Battroid. I picture it always floating in front of the Macross.

Roy's 1S - Battroid with hands up in the air. The scene where they all are caputered in DYRL.

Ostrich and Elint - Favorite is fighter mode.

I love all three modes, I can't choose a favorite.

No more limited valks! Unless, it is an exclusive Macross World Limited VF.

I didn't have the money for a Low Viz when it came out and now it's hard to find one at a decent price.

With regards to Sound Force, what are the valk names for each member?

I know Basara pilots the VF-19. Mylene pilots a VF-11 but what is it's exact model name. Also, What does Ray and Viffidas pilot?

Gamlin pilots the VF-17 correct? Is this the stealth valkyrie every body refers to?

I just got through watching the series and would like to see some pics of some completed models. Specifically, some of the numerous resin kits floating around.

I'm thinking about trying my hand at Hasegawa's VF22. I love how sleek that plane looks.

Isn't 14 the age of consent in Japan? I remember reading something crazy like that on another forum, where they linked a site that had ages of consent and all that. In one US state, I think it might 15 or 16... in the South IIRC. Oh well.

I play with my valks. My girlfriend gets so pissed of at me. I remember as a kid setting up battles with my GIjoe figures. I haven't changed a bit and I'm trying to make up for lost time. The ones that get the most play is the 1/48 and the 1/60 J's.

I first saw that pic and thought the thing was 6 feet tall. Good camera angle.

I go and visit it for reference somes times. My main link in favorites goes straight to the forums though.

I know Shawn and Graham are busy but I do think the page needs a new overhaul. It may generate more traffic that way.

Hey thats a good break down. I'm going to try future on my next custum. I haven't had any luck with the clear coats in the spray can. I just tried Model Master and it still yellowed a bit.

The Tamiya primer in the can is da bomb! It goes on so smooth and if you plan on using a clear coat there really is no need for another type of paint.

Yeah! I would just assume the there is a white U.N. Spacey on the legs. Even though I can't recall any examples of it. like you said, you can only take so much from the animation.

It stinks that a Max 1A has never been mass produced. Theres not really much to go by.

aghh! To late! I've already painted them.

Not saying that it's correct or anything but if you look at the Ben Dixon Master piece the tips of the fins are brown but the wing tips are white. I'm assuming Max's scheme is the same but blue. However, I think I can live with it. It really boils down to a matter of personel preference. I've looked all through perfect memory and could not find any pics. I may try and watch some of the series tonight.

I'd like to see how Toynami Painted the macross version Max superposeable. Does anybody have pics?
