I love Phantasy Star series, played 2 and 4 on Sega, just too bad that Phantasy Star Universe/Online weren't as good as I expected on PS2. Hope they will make new one on PS3, in the old and classic RPG style.

Games were always 50-60 bucks, even around NES times.

You just remind me of Super Street Fighter II: The New Challangers on Sega 16-bit. I remember clearly the cartridge was US$85, and because it was an import game or due to whatever reason we need to get a "Regional"(don't know the term for it) cartridge for US$25 to play the game. I think someone mentioned this awhile ago in this thread too. What piss me off was, after I bought it for like a week or so, Super Street Figher II: The Great Grand Master(Akuma/Gouki was added into the game for the very first time) was released...

Missed the old days.

I was pretty pissed when I finished ZOE 2 in about 2 hours and 45 minutes.

I remember the old days if u complete Resident Evil 1,2,3(nt sure abt 3) under 2h30min u will get some sort of bonus, and no one was complaining about the length of the gameplay. I don't know, I remember playing ZOE2 for many hours before completing it for the first time.

I want to see SDF-1 Macross/Earth Orbital Def Grid put up a fight against those Vajra folding onto Macross City.

but still retain the black armor plus some metallic here and there.

I'm still puzzled. Like many of people here complains about loose stand, how did u manage to make such poses in your pictures? What do u mean by "a little tinkering"? I only display my valks in Fighter mode, so I would definitely like to get a number of them if they could pose like what u did in your pictures.

the reason why the YF-19 isn't all that is because theres nothing in particular that makes it stand out.

the paint scheme is beyond boring, the transformation is way too simple to make it interesting, theres no missiles or any other cool features that take it to the same level of awesomeness as all the other yamato offerings. the only thing they made for it was the stupid fold booster which is more of an eye sore than anything else.

the YF-19 is cool in anime but its an epic fail as toy.

The wings of the 19 has the most unique design, the paint scheme is very VF-1-like which is decent, the transformation is most unqiue b4 Macross Zero and Frontier, VF-4(SHE) VF-11, YF-21, VE-1, VF-25, VF-27/VF-0D(if they make any) has no missiles too, as for features, well, u have a color-changing fold booster as an add-on, most unique ever.

To each his own, I suppose.

Macross DOES borrow elements from Gundam. It does, no doubt about it. No big deal, I like them both, so bonus for me. Then Mospeada borrows from Macross. Then Patlabor borrows, then Evangelion borrows, then Code Geass borrows, then Gundam borrows from one of it's offspring. It's commonplace, and up until recently it didn't bother me. However, one thing does bother me:

All horror films more or less "borrow" the ideas of other horror films, all comedy shows more or less "borrow" the ideas of other comedy shows, and the list goes on. And all First Person Shooter games are the same, u use weapons to kill the enemies. Unless u want something like the next Macross sequel being a Horror film and FPS games that uses jokes to please your friends. I don't feel my int is insulted because of un-originality.

If u are those who love to display their valks in Fighter or Gerwalk mode, don't get the ivanov like I did. The wings are so floppy that they touches the ground in Fighter mode, and never mantain a nice posture in Gerwalk mode. Because of that I could only display my Ivanov in the "launching mode" with its wings folded like it did in Mac0.

If u only display your valks in Battroid mode, then I would say get a Ivanov with u have a VF-0S and get a Nora if u have a VF-0A Shin to pair them up.

Just be reminded that the Ivanov wings are really really very floppy. And I have never see anyone in the forum mentioned anything on the ivanov fixes. If u check the old thread, everyone who got a Nora say she is really tight.

Haven't watch the movie nor read any of the spoilers here. However, I would like to find out about something if anyone knows.

Even before Terminator Salvation begins its filming, I have read somewhere that the new Terminator sequel(after T3) involves 3 more stories/movies. TS is one of it, there would be 2 more in the future. Is it true? Can't seems to find any of the news now.

For me is the other way round. I can't believe I haven't buy the YF-21, YF-19, VF-11B and SV-51 Nora, I love all of them so much, but too bad I need to save $ and I'm jobless.

I find the plot good, with alot of Mystery involved. I actually think Cameron sent herself back to the present instead of John Connor sent her back, and I think Cameron killed the future John Connor(not her real intention) because Cameron never let anyone else meet John Connor. The last episode of season 2 John reply Cameron "But u didn't kill me", and Cameron reply John "I might would someday" might be a hint of Cameron really did in the future. And the part that Cameron made John a detonator of an explosive on her Chip just make it more convincing.
