Uh. . . I'm pretty sure you know this. . . but Star Trek has been around since 1967. And, the concept of the "preserver" civilization that went around seeding the galaxy with humanoids was conceptualized long before Macross hit the airwaves nearly two decades later. H I don't think that concept was ever explored in the original series (although I could be wrong). I think what he's referring to is the Star Trek: TNG episode where they find out each race, Ferengi, Romulan, Klingon and Human has a certain peice of a genetic puzzle that, when combined with the others, maps out something or other and let's them all know that they were 'seeded' by an ancient civilization millions and millions of years ago. So, pretty much, every race are kissin' cousins. So that's why they all speak English!!! OK, stupid question, since this is gonna be the DYRL question thead: what's the differences between the DYRL and series VF-1's (other than the fact they're all VF-1X's)

I agree with DH here, the F-16 can out-turn almost everything in existence today, bar the Flanker and F/A-22, and one thing many people who talk about fighters overlooks is the fact the F-16 has more RANGE than the F-15, so it can fire from a distance with the AMRAMMS, and knife fight with the Sidewinders and the Vulcan. (if they coulda found a way to solid mount that 30mm gunpod they were testing it would be even better!) also on the MiG-25 thingy, they can only pull 4G's (the wings cant do anything more than that fully loaded)

since there's an abundance of 1/48's, i'd love to see someone try to fit a third booster on the backpack if they could find a way to support it, then we could have a triple strike!

ok, in this stage you dont exit the room, you have to keep looking around for enemies, because they can be hiding behind buildings and such, in all i think theres about 15-25 enemies that show up. EDIT: welcome to Macross World, browsing these forums will gradually lead to buying Yamato Valkyries so hope your wallet is up to it, as they are well worth the money.

definately, u wanna know why? *larger wing area *more guns *faster firing rate *less weight *engine didnt guzzle as much fuel *larger wing area + less weight = more manuverablilty it also could recover quicker from stalls

my first one was a 1/60 Yamato Super VF-1J Hikaru, it now rests beside my Low Vis in a crashed position. by the way, Grand Cannon, pics in sigs on MW is....i guess the right way to put it is frowned upon.

those who want to read up on a good pilot and brilliant mind, read Boyd he helped design the F-15 and F-16, and some of his theories are going into the newest planes as well. (he was a big detractor of the F-111 and F-14 though, but what he pointed out was right bout the planes)
