That's a huge difference in the chin in those pictures you posted! If I'm correct they had some korean not-so-great animators in some episodes. I guess you have to decide which version you like best. That cg/paper mustache pic is actually quite stunning already! Even the chin doesn't look that bad from that angle. Good idea to use that digital editing Hmm... I think your Global will be just great. How big is it anyway? You could cast those...

My first Yamato 1/48 vf-1j + fast pack + stand is currently waiting delivery to my city in the post office I'll be zooming with it quite soon, I guess This place is getting quite expesive... All the wonderful garage kits too... Maybe in the long term I have to choose only the model kits... Even the finest toys just can't compete with them afterall. And it's a major point to DIY.

Cool project Sar! I've been thinking a bust of Britai & Exedol myself, but I don't feel I will even try it yet. Just been dreaming how cool they would be. What stuff did you use to sculpt him? I think that's really hard to tell how does it look without the cap, mustache etc. Yeah and the pipe too Hmm, maybe you could make temporarily ones so you could just see how it would look. Yes, I think the brow must be lowered, and the chin is propably a bit too wide now. I think it should be a lot thinner and sharper. The most important thing IMO is that Global should be lurking from underneath his cap. Like this

Those green zentraedi armors from dyrl would be the coolest thing, I think. Requested 2 of them from hobbyfan, but they're only 1/144. 1/72 kit would be just amazing. I also wish there were decent models of zentraedi battleships. The small arii kits seem to be the only ones ever made

Ok. That's what I thought too. From that point of view I agree, but as a mecha I still like it very much. But as a Macross fan the stuff that really makes me feel something comes from the old series & especially dyrl
