I think it's still ok to use it as a buyer, it's when you are a seller and keep money in there when it can become a problem.

If you are a buyer, and keep your account empty.

Only use it to pay people using your credit card, I think you'll be alright.

    That's what I do now.

Yeah, I think that too. Actually, I'm going to create a Pay pal account within few days. Haven't yet had one.

  2. After decades, will there be anybody willing to buy toys from original Macross at all? You guys who collect them now, were fans of Macross as kids mostly, would you have bought them if you hadn't even heard about Macross? (ok...Robotech too...) And there will be huge amout of them on sale at the time, but not many buyers. Otherwise, I would've thought they'd be high priced then.

Edit: Oh, Dante was faster typing than me.

Yeah, my son will buy all your Valks then for almost free. (I just don't have one yet) :p

Edit again: I just realized I can finally get them myself when I'm old shaking geek. Grandpa's Valk flying time kids!

  3. You could try fabric paint.  It's basically a paintable rubber/vinyl.

Hmm, I actually happen to have Createx paints, and they are very flexible, just a little drop of bond-all and catalyst additives and that should do the trick, and no fear of scratching off. :)

  4. Actually, I've done some paint tests on the rubber torso, and if you give it a good scrubbin' with a toothbrush and some dish soap, you'll be able to paint on it directly, no primer required. Personally, I use Tamiya acrylics, as the softness of the paint allows for a tiny bit of flex, and adheres quite well.

I was wondering myself, before this kit, what to do with those Regult rubber parts. I guess I can paint them too (at least highlight with grey a bit). :)

But one thing is, I'd want to clear coat things to prevent scratching etc, but that isn't flexible, so those parts must not be sealed then, I guess.
