How much you guys think shipping for this thing will be? The Nu is about a large PG box size, Sazabi is likely 1.5 times larger or thicker m

Quick suggestion guys...if i had to choose the lesser evil, should i go with Nin-nin game or luna park? Not only for the angel birds PO but for pre-orders in general.

NNG was moving warehouse earlier this year so there was a period when they were slow to respond. They still came through for my orders, sometimes just had to email about things that were released. Hopefully they are more responsive after the move, but can't tell you from personal experience.

I gambled w/ Lunapark w/ Sazabi last year (all paid incl shipping) for this price and I think it paid off :D So far they have been good and have delivered w/ no issues.

Saw in a Facebook group that a guy who PO with LunaPaek and paid full in advance had his order canceled without notification... Still waiting to see if they refund him. Hope you have better luck, but given their track record I doubt they'll honor it especially with the higher MSRP than they listed it for.

I've ordered metal builds from them in the past. It usually takes a little over a month after JP release for US retailers to receive their items, however, that was Pre-COVID when items arrived and shipped from our ports in a timely manner.

Yeah at this point I'd bank on two months or more after JP release. USAG has gotten big, and even ordering in-stock items can take a week or so for things to ship out. They will deliver, but just like BBTS it will take time.

Yea, I was pretty excited to see it show up on the preorder page and then had to go play the crying game soundtrack at full blast to drown my sorrows/condition myself not to buy it at that price.

We're still hoping for a US p-bandai release, correct?

Yeah if I remember correctly for now it's a Fukuoka exclusive, but eventually they might release it through P Bandai just like the Yokohama one... Regardless I'm not buying it at that kind of price. The MSRP is basically 200 usd.

I hope the cockpit slides open and they will include a Kallen Kozuki figure too

I see what you did there 😃

    OK she's a looker...I'll take a Kallen figure!

I'm glad I didn't jump on the MRS releases. Lancelot Albion next, then Shinkiro? That will have to come with figures of both Lelouch and C2.

I thought the quality of Kshatriya from MC is a tad better than SL, but I have never seen it myself though. I only have the MC (both red and green) because of that info I heard.

I've got both, they are just different. MC has better detailing and paint, a bit more traditional Kshatriya styling, but plastic is a bit lighter/brittle. SL is more stylized and angular, much larger binders, heavier, but more robust and playable.

    Hmmmmmmmm

If my wife wasn't getting the NU for my B Day I would be tearing my hair out deciding to wait or not.

If I do have my wife get me one now....................................it's guaranteed that there will be a re-print. You guys can thank me then.:p

As they say, a bird in the hand is worth two in the bush.

I think you should take one for the team so we all get a reprint =P

My understanding was just that it was a display to showcase alongside the Metal Structure Sazabi. I dont know where the reprint/re release rumors came from.

From this post specifically. If you read the kanji on the left, it says (paraphrased) "Origin point, Again (or Return)" and on the right where the Sazabi is it says "Katai, continued". A lot of the Japanese comments below are about a reissue. Actually more are commenting about the Nu Gundam than the Sazabi, lol.

Again, there's room for interpretation and it's Bandai so who the F knows.

I actually like the look of the 6 better. Asymmetric can have a really good look sometimes.

I don't need that ground crew kit. I probably won't even display it with the "dock" or work area stand it comes with. Thank goodness, money saved!

I also prefer the asymmetric look, but I also like the way they are mounted behind vertically on the stand so I want both 😃

I'm looking at a MISB unit for sale that also has the fin/funnels.

There was a teased re-print of the NU? I haven't seen a thing. I'll wait it out if there is going to be one.......even though my wife said she would get the one available now for my birthday.:D

They teased it late last year when the released some more photos of the MS Sazabi. But again, with all of Bandai's teases, who knows for sure. It's likely that it'll be hard to get your hands on it either way. The first time the MS Nu was released for PO people were skeptical of the price point and it was a bit lukewarm at first. Then the reviews came out and suddenly folks wanted one...it's proven that the market is there. They didn't even put a timeline on a reprint, so... I'd go with a surer thing honestly, who knows how long you'd be waiting.
