Not knocking Klan at all, the "but" was literally part of my stream of consciousness, which led into my next paragraph.
Now I have "Klan" and "but" together in my mind. Thanks, anime52k8.
Also: MacrossR?
Also also: okay, Nora. That's one. Kanaria makes two. In 30 years? A few human female aces seem overdue.

Nice, very nice!! It's all I was hoping for, you just need to figure out the tolerances and job's a good 'un.
And I have to say, it'll be nice to give the Japanese Macross collectors something to be envious about for once!!
-
Looking forward to new, shortened version!
-
YES AT LAST!!
-
Yeah, but... actually, have there been any Sierra Hotel female pilots since Millia? Didn't see Macross 7, was Mylene any good? There was Klan, but...
Hey! All the "named" female pilots are Zentraedi, or Zentraedi mixed. Is there no room for female human pilots of repute in Kawamori's universe?

The most difficult part would be color matching the parts to the valkyrie.
Unless it's just the connector bit - but that'd mean gluing directly onto the wings, which I'd rather avoid.
But then I look back to that image of the custom 1/72 VF-25S with the extra gunpods and missile/bomb payload and I go hrrrrrrng.
Ah, so you DO understand where I'm coming from!
How about a two-part bit, where the first, smaller bit is indeed glued (and somewhat inconspicuous) and the second, larger bit can securely attach to the first, and that second bit holds the ordnance?
As for the ordnance itself, it figures it's all different. I wonder which set is the most prevalent or easiest to get.

Please let me ask, Kurisama: how difficult would it be to make hardpoints for the renewal 25s?
-
It might be a good idea for a knowledgeable person to post the names of the various configurations and what they're made of.

Mechs and match, people!
Oh, and very nice indeed, Saburo!

Screen shot anyone?
-
It's a bit of confusion, honestly. Got my time zones crossed. Fixed my original post, sorry!
-
So pre-orders open at 2:00PM Japan time?
-
The pre-orders will open at 4:00PM Japan time on August 1st, correct?
That means the show starts for us at 3:00 AM Eastern time. So 2:00 Central, 1:00 Mountain, and 12:00 Pacific.

I think that's right. Ozma used Super parts once, I think within Frontier itself, and Armored parts all the rest of the time.

Or the wrong shade of grey.
-
Yep, tomorrow. Any guesses as to price?

13. Baker's dozen!

STAND VIDEO: IMMINENT.

Nothing in this world can you trust. Not men, not women, not beasts...
Bandai pre-order madness... THIS you can trust.

And if you buy a painted Valk, avoiding these issues, you have a new issue of the paint chipping during transformation. Can't win.
Gotta buy a Valk that's molded in color.
-
Thank you indeed. I'll appreciate the chance to get one.
-
They'd be folded the wrong way.

See what I mean? Love.

Will buy from the Yeti because I'd like to support a MW member. Plus he'll make his stands with love, which you can always see and feel.

I'm down for one Bandai base initially, with holes. I'm betting that Luca's 171 gets a super parts/Ghost set down the line.
