    I just started watching; Dirty Pair Flash I am a fan of the original Dirty Pair and I finally decided to watch the reboot. I wasn't sure how I was going to feel about it because of the major difference in the artwork, but so far I am enjoying it. Mobile Police Patlabor I never watched Patlabor but it was suggested to me so I started watching the Patlabor TV series and am also enjoying it very much. The characters are unique and have crazy personalities. & the strangest Dragon Pilot Hisone and Masotan I have only watched one episode and I don't if this is considered an anime because it's a Netflix original but made in Japan. It deals with a young Air Force cadet who gets eaten by a dragon and spit out. She learns that the dragons exist and that the Air Force hide them and a dragon picks a pilot by swallowing them. I might watch a little more to see where this is going.

    It's funny, most of favorite animes involve comedy, and guns or cars like this one. My other favorites are The Dirty Pair, The Dirty Pair Flash, You're Under Arrest, Riding Bean, Gunsmith Cats, & eX-Driver,

    I think I read somewhere there that it was flop because of mecha. My understanding was that Japanese anime try to make money off the merchandise, but they never created any because the mecha was too bulky and not streamlined therefore was not liked by the kids or adults like they were in Macross and Mospeada or even Gundam

    I agree. I feel it could have run like Patlabor or You’re Under Arrest, over 40 episodes

    I got a Lynn Minmay from Macross though it's stuck to the douga & a Max & Mylene Jenius from Macross 7 to add to my collection.

    There are a few animes that I can watch over and over and never get bored. Of course there is the different Macross series but the others are Mospeada, Gall Force, & Masamune Shirow's Dominion & New Dominion Tank Police. I and a huge fan of Leona & her tank Bonaparte as well as the rest of the Tank Police. I collect anime cels, whenever I can find them, comics and figures. I was just wondering if there were any other Tank Police fans out there.

    I finally found something I have been searching for. A cel of Captain Catty Nebulart from Stardust War. She was an intelligence officer and the template for all the Catty androids throughout the series.

    The weirdest thing from Revolution was ,that when the East and West fought, the soldiers of both sides received points for each kill almost like a video game. It was just a strange, the were trying to gain points while killing each other.

    I’ve watched it. I didn’t find it as good as the original series. There were many changes, the Solnoid, are fighting each other, the East vs West. Pony & Catty are part of what the Solnoid call a rebel group Etc. I think I would have enjoyed if it was closer to the original.

    Gall Force is one of my favorite animes. Besides Macross & Mospeada, it’s one of the few that I can watch over and over and not get bored. I love Rabby, Lufy, & Shildy and all their incarnations. I collect anime cels from all the series and some figures.

    Yes it is nonsense. I have a few I purchased through a proxy like Buyee and I already have the cel and it’s still on Ebay.

    I am sure everyone here has seen this on Ebay. The same cel being sold by different dealers for different amounts and they are using the exact same picture from Yahoo auctions. I in fact purchased one using a proxy from Yahoo auctions for a quarter of what it’s being sold for on Ebay. I have the cel but it’s still for sale on Ebay from these dealers. Same cel same picture same sequence. I wonder what would happen if someone made a purchase on Ebay. I usually check Ebay and then check if it’s for sale in Japan and normally get it cheaper through a proxy. Anyone experience this.
