Finally got my Taka Destroid Conversion Kit to go along with my 1/100 scaled Yamato Konig Monster, Bandai DYRL VF-1A Hikaru, Arii's VF-1D battroid, Defender, and Spartan (Oh yeah, the missing destroid!). Happy, happy, joy, joy! Now when are we gonna see them destroid skeleton recasts?

at this point, I really think they are gonna release another cockpit but it'll be max this time. Notice how it was hikaru flight suit in series one, roy in series two and max in series 3. Hikaru was the first cockpit, now it's roy's. So there's a pattern!

You just need a chunky monkey CF in that pic Wicked Ace. What did you use for the panel lines on your 1/48 CF? Looks cool.

Nice! It could use some panel lining and decals. I did paint one of my Nichimo 1/200 Armored Valkyries in this same scheme. I think I remember seeing it in the painting instructions of an Arii model kit.

I went this past weekend, and Treasure Island had the CF for $150.

If any one here has parts from any white 1/60 VF-1. I'm looking for the hook that is used to attach the intake leg (included with nosecone Part # N2) . I only need the right one, it should have an "R" on the pointy tip on the same side that the screw goes into. PM me your price. Thanks.

Another improvement, looks like the arms won't be hanging lower than the legs compared to the 1/48. The gunpod will have plenty of clearance.

Getting back to my ignorance on the subject, does anyone know where I could rent some videos of the Macross series? Is there any feature length movies of Macross?

Hey William, I highly recommend you get the feature length movie Macross: Do You Remember Love? DVD. It has some of the most beautiful animation. Also check out the original series, I think the o.g. series and Macross Plus are available at netflix.com.

I just got the Yamato VE-1 and VT-1 toys and ordered Anasazi37's decals for them. Since the decal maps for the models haven't been posted in the model section, I was hoping someone here could post the pics from the instructions. Thanks in advance.

The FAST Pack that comes with Hikaru's Super 1J looks better on the Low Vis because of the grey-blue color.

The first releases had flat headrests, the later releases have scooped out headrests. Also, the first Fockers had a crooked Jolly Rogers on the right tailwing, and I think some of the third reissues also had this minor error.

Well come get them. I got XL right now. Dont ask for anything else until i say I will reorder
