Yeti, I'm about to get a Yeti Beta stand engraved with a few accessories, looks great and I have a few Valks that I want to prop up on it.

I also build a lot of MG Gundams, I saw that on your site what you offer for Gundam are limited to metal builds and PG. It would be awesome if you could provide an adapter that has the same top recessed square connection as the Bandai Action Base 1 which then would allow any MG kit to be propped up on it as well. It would also open up possibilities for the 1/72 Macross kits as well.

Example of the peg I mention: - This base isn't that bad but its very basic and doesn't provide the freedom that yours does.

If you can send measurements or a sample I'm sure he can make one.

Yep, just let me know the size you need. I did make some gundam adapters awhile back for a board member. I believe these are 5mm square pegs. If that is what you are looking for, I will put them up on the webstore.

Can you afford a drill press? Even a cheap one would be better than trying to free hand it.

Yeah, shapeways does all of the printing and shipping for purchases from their site. All I did was upload the model I made.

Sucks that the shipping was more than the actual pieces but in the end paying less than $10 total to fix these will be more than worth it. It will be so nice to have these back in one piece.

The only thing I could do about that would be to raise the cost of the part to be higher than shipping .

I'm hoping that someone here can help me out. I need to get a replacement part that has broken on 2 of my VF-25's. It is the piece that connects the leg/hips to the back. For the life of me I cant seem to figure out how to post a picture (can't use image hosting) to show the piece I am referring to so I put it as my profile picture. Hope you don't mind Jenius that I modified a picture from Anymoon.

If anyone could help to get a 3D print made of this piece I would be very grateful. I tried looking on Shapeways but couldn't find anything. I was hoping that if it broke on two of mine that it would be a common enough of an issue that others may have already made it.

This is so tough! I have Apollyon, but he is such a fiddly bore to transform he is pretty much a paper weight. Leaning heavily towards DX9, but both of the new 3rd party Megatron's look like so much fun to transform!

Printed plastic is far more flexible compared to acrylic. The acrylic would have very little give. The profile of the "hooks" were just free hand scribbles. Any suggestions on 1/6 blank bodies I should get? Particular brand? Male/Female?

Something like this? I may be able to do this in clear acrylic, as well.
