I been through enough Bandai DX order cycles to know that there's no point in paying inflated prices for a preorder of a regular release item.
Whenever these are close to release there's always a glut of preorders opening up as final stock numbers are determined and then all the cancellations go thru as people don't pay.
Even then, I doubt you'll see the immediate aftermarket hit $350 right away after release.

I know the FOMO is strong but I won't shell out over retail until the thing is actually out

Usually paypal refunds take a few days, depending on how you paid.
The longest refunds in my experience are when you use a bank account to pay.

AE is legit good. I've used them for many things over the years.

It's really no worry. the reason we see a big amount of stock drop around release time is the orders of all the pre-order scalpers who couldn't flip their $0 Down payment preorder will just let the preorder goto cancel. It's actually easier sometimes to nab one closer to release, because you actually have to have the scratch to backup your order

well...that explains why I'm still waiting on my strike packs I ordered in ....october? LUL

for something I am gonna transform once or twice and entomb in a detolf nearly double price seems insane

If it was a tamashii web complete set I'd laugh at all the scalper PO's that get cancelled

this unit will pop up again from time to time. Just like the TV VF-1J and many previous frontier valks did.
There's no need to worry about it too much. Only pay the mark-up after release. don't encourage the scalp preorders beforehand
-
hahaha HLJ so funny with the troll add to cart button
-
And People wonder why I don't balk at other F5 sales for other items like in Star Citizen.... I've been well trained
-
Dammit. I wasn't expecting to get a VF-1S because I'd assumed it'd be the DYRL version and I have a TV-only rule for the Bandai 1/48's
Damn you Bandai!!!! *puts aside $300 in paypal for PO night*

We all saw this coming..https://www.theguardian.com/culture/2020/apr/17/comic-con-cancelled-due-to-coronavirus-crisis
Yeah it's really sad. That plus Comic book industry got hit really bad and the big two have stopped most of their production ever since diamond , the sole distro to direct market, is on hiatus with little to no product expected to go out until August.
At this point I'm just happy to still be employed and not sick (yet)

So on a different note, with this whole Pandemic I get the feeling Sentinel's Legioss will prolly not make its June release date :0

Even if they don't add everything to the P-bandai store it's not like I can't just order it like I used to thru Kurama or other proxies

Pre-ordered the F90 II MG a couple of days ago already.
I'm a huge fan of the F90 design. The original 1/100 scale non-grade F90 A/D/S kit was the first Gunpla I ever bought and built, way back in 1990 or 1991.
I love the mangas as well, both the original and the currently running F90FF manga.
I've got 3 of the F90 MG (built 2 so far) and all the mission packs so far released (S/E/M/F). The F90 MG is an absolutely rock solid kit.
Really looking forward to the F90 II MG.
I'm also a huge fan of the F90 stuff. Thank god Bandai opened P-Bandai in the US so even though we get it 2 months later I can order locally now.
Really hope the L-Type comes out for the F90-II. I also still want the Plunge-type for the F90
I really hope the F90 Line continues to where we get to see the F90 III Cluster as well

Nice to see those birds in 1/48, but alas I'm sticking to TV only as the DYRL Skull Squadon kinda bores me (plus I've already owned yammy 1/48th, 1/60 v2, hi metal 1/100, etc at some point already)

That sucks that NY wasn't forthcoming initially with this. I can't say this is Bandai's fault like the 31A situation. Demand just exceeded supply just like any initial round TWE PO and NY should have anticipated this, have been ready to place the TWE orders when it went live but didn't. They never placed orders for the December release is the likely scenario unless somebody here is able to show otherwise.
The question is will you guys just wait it out or try to get your money back?
Can't get my money back. it's past the 6-month paypal window already since I paid in early June.

The worst part about it now is it's been 6 months since I made my Preorder to NY so they can just never deliver and I can't do anything about it for my Strike Parts

I played MWO from 2012 - 2018 and from what I've been told the devs just copy pasted as much as they could from MWO to MW5.
Sadly from the streams I've watched the gameplay seems to be about the same, except now it's just fighting braindead AI to cheezy hard-rock instead of shooting other players.

I found it funny that after the last jedi the tone was "this isn't for u old fans of the OG trilogy" and then they pump the episode 9 trailer full of references that only old OG Trilogy fans would understand (y-wings, B-wings, deathstar throne room, Palpatine...)
It's almost as if the new sequel trilogy is so weak that it can't stand on its own without the crutch of OG trilogy fanservice. I feel that's really why the new Star Wars has failed to grasp the younger generation.

Is this a reference flyer to the next Zero release?
I think it's just rando newspaper advertisements for some electronics-related stuff. NY packing is really rando. Most of my packages from NY come in nice green bubblewrap , but once in a while it gets packed with JP newspaper stuff which is always a surprise.
