  1. okay so i got a liitle crazy there. JT70 isn't back at all. someone dragged a topic up from july of last year and i saw his name pop up. either way, sorry for creating a shitestorm :( i was trying to lookout for fellow memebers that might not have been around for the whole mechafreak fiasco last year. sorry homies.

Haterist, you and I are on the exact same page! I almost posted a warning and another slam of JT, but I realized that his is an old post. He's hasn't been here since I caught him lying and changing his profile last August, so hopefully he's rotting in a jail cell somewhere. Preferably being beaten and gang-raped near-to-death on a daily basis.

  2. When you get your first baby you´ll know it´s worth x100000000000000 times more than any of your 1/48s.

Well, it will definitely cost you a helluva lot more. The surest way to drain a bank account for the rest of your life is to have children. I say adopt a few 17 year old kids, claim 'em as dependents for the next year, then kick 'em outta your house when they turn 18 and use the cash from the tax break to buy more toys! I don't know how I come up with these awesome plans!?

  3. looks like some people fell for it... I thought it was pretty obvious...

Yep, I fell for it. You'll have to forgive my ignorance since I've never played the 2036 game. Please don't stone me; I do a fine job of that myself! LOL!

But it still looks cool, dammit!

  4. Here you go... I whipped these up really quick... :p

    ;)

They all look great, >EXO<! Especially the 1A with the whole "Predator-jaw-thing" goin' on! Hell, I may have to try to make one of those myself!

  5. VF-1S Valk :o

Could have gotten a Yamato 1/48 Roy with that kind of $$$ ! Sheesh, what is this person thinking?

Is it just me seeing an optical illusion???:blink:, or does that Valk's ass on the boxart look weird??

If you think the boxart is weird, you've never seen what's inside. The actual product is the absolute worst representation of a Valkyrie ever created. Joke Machines and Morphers at least have a certain novelty (to some, anyway); this thing is nothing more than another HG abomination. However, this toy does make HG's MPC line look like masterpieces.

And frankly, I'd rather have the buyer waste money on this and leave the Yammies for those who truly appreciate them.

  6. nice scoop man....now i wonder where gaylord, michigan is?

Despite sounding like the home of a homosexual deity, Gaylord is only a small city of around 3300 people. It sits on the 45th parallel just east of I-75 about 60 miles south of the of Mackinac Bridge. I've been there and about the only thing noteworthy is the Call of the Wild Museum. If you're into taxidermy, it's worth the trip. Otherwise, keep driving. The rest is mostly gas stations, fast food restaurants, and motels.

More info for ya... cuz I know ya need it!!! LOL!

  7. Speaking of Kakizaki, what happened to him. Been awhile.

He became toast when the omni-directional barrier overloaded. His fat ass slowed him down too much and he couldn't avoid the blast. Oh, you were speaking of someone else. LOL!

  8. i see them from time to time on ebay i think there is one up now, sorry to go off topic, does anyone know the real difference between the full set with all the dvds from the 3 seprate smaller box sets that were released? are they vastly different? the big boxset seems vastly more expensive and i heard the video and content were the same

    chris

I think the only differences are that the 9-disc set includes the hologram card and the big box (obviously). I'm not sure, but I think the liner notes for discs 1 through 8 do come with the three small sets. I could be wrong, so don't take this as gospel. Unless, that is, you want to worship me as your new deity. The discs themselves are the same.

You mentioned cost on eBay; in the last week and a half alone, a MISB (still shrink-wrapped) 9-disc set sold for $406 with about five bids and a used collection of the 3-disc sets sold for $75 Buy It Now. I paid $164 shipped for a used 9-disc set like eight months ago and it's been worth every penny.

And I apologize if I offended anyone with my previous post. At the time I was certain it was a joke question and my comments were made in jest.
