*sigh* yet another tranformer I am going to have to get. RX-7,NSX,S2000 = all cars I wish I could own and drive. My car = grocery getter Accord Let's see them make an Alternator out of a grocery getter hehehe. Seriously... what I really want is a Binaltech/Alternator F1 racer named "Mirage". I still have my G1 Mirage, and having a Binaltech/Alternator one would be cool! Since Michael Schumacher drives a red Ferrari car, maybe a Paul Tracy blue and white car will do?

I don't know the guy at all, but if he sent the item "parcel post" it could take up to a month to get to you. And I think I read somewhere that he's making a trip overseas? So that may be the reason he hasn't responded. Anyway, don't know the guy, but if he sent items "parcel post" you guys got a loooooong time to wait. Anyone remember how BMG music service used to be? Looks like he's still around since yesterday? FROM THIS THREAD

Any other 1/48's Soze???? Hmmm... I don't really have anything terribly new, but I do have a couple of 1/48 VF-1J (non FastPack) that I can sell for $135 shipped (cost of this one was higher as opposed to the vf-1s hikaru). Other than that it's just the 1/48 VF-1S Hikarus.... of course.... if you were to paint all the red stripes yellow and the heatshield black, you would essentially have a 1/48 VF-1S Roy version 2... minus the Roy box! now there's a thought! what better 1/48 to customize at these prices!
-
Man, you're definitely missing out. I also happen to have all the 1/60s, and now I've got all the 1/48's except for the vf-1a hikaru and the max. I'm getting all the 1/48's for battroid display, and the 1/60's for fighter/gerwalk display. Whew..... gets expensive though, since I also have a die-cast fetish like the Bandai SOC line, and other die-cast goodies. Of course if I keep this up, I'll never be able to buy a house to put these toys in.
-
Yeah I've noticed the price increases too, but of course you could always get a 1/48 VF-1S Hikaru from me for $120 shipped (shameless plug).

If anyone is interested, I have 5 of the GX-15 EVA 02 figures that I want to get rid of. It's the Red EVA. I'm selling them for $50 + $9 shipping.

Geez! You wasted no time putting those packs on! Anyway here's a picture that I posted in an Optimus thread comparing the 12-13" Optimus to a 1/48 VF-1J with Fast Packs.
-
Here's another size comparison That's a 1/48 VF-1J!

You MUST see this vid. Sony's latest ROBOT.
soze replied to UN Spacy's topic in Anime or Science Fiction
I read somewhere that it was the first time a robot accurately simulated running by having both legs off the ground for fractions of a second. -
Heh, thanks for the endorsement kp_assman, but I can't guarantee the quality of Yamato's QC. Anyway I do try to give the best condition boxes I have available at the time. Glad you were able to get a figure you are happy with kp_assman!

So far.... this is one great anime! I encourage everyone to watch it. Only thing that sucks is..... there is a looooooong way to go as far as tv episodes go in catching up with the manga book. They only release one episode a week, and at that rate, we'll be waiting for and watching Naruto episodes for the next 3+ years.
-
NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!! You have to be joking! I was waiting for Doublas, and Bossborot. I already have the Mazinger,Aflodai, and Garada. Why did those @$#@! idiots waste their time on making repaints of Aflodai and Mazinger rather than releasing Bossborot and Doublas!!!

I can't beleive this sorry excuse for anime even has a thread..... M.D. Geist = staaaaaay away. Don't waste your time. For those of you that saw M.D. Geist II.... didn't you learn after the first one??? Bad bad bad. It was just plain bad. I second the opinion that Detonator Orgun was pretty decent.

If you ever think of replacing your Low Vis, send me a message. I still have them. http://www.macrossworld.com/mwf/index.php?...t=ST&f=9&t=2869 Check my thread.

Here ya go.... This thread should help you a bit. http://www.macrossworld.com/mwf/index.php?...f=4&t=972&st=20 Remember to press that hatch inwards (towards the head) so that it locks up, then flip that latch onto the tail.

I too agree with Hurin, It seems the gaps are a result of not completely transforming the valkryie back correctly from battroid mode.
-
Hmmm, mine seem ok. As you can see from these pix. This is straight out of the box without having been transformed though.
-
Oops, just noticed that. I forgot to close it securely. It's about the same as all the other 1/48's. Not very stiff, but it'll stay closed as long as you don't conk it on the back while holding it upside down or something like that, which I probably did when I was adjusting them for pictures.

I've got this for sale: http://www.macrossworld.com/mwf/index.php?...t=ST&f=9&t=2869 Pictures:

I've got the 1/48 Fast Packs posted in the Macross Dealer Announcements section for $57.95. Send me a PM or E-Mail if you guys still need them. I've still got stock.

As far as the 1/60's went, yes they were sealed with tape. As far as anything 1/48 related goes, none of them are sealed with tape coming straight out of the factory case (Low Vis, Roy, Hikaru, Fast Packs). If one would have received any 1/48 sealed with tape, it was likely done by the seller.
