  1. There was an image at this former rpg site. I found the archived site but the image is gone. http://web.archive.org/web/20040317174804/...troids.html.htm
  2. Hey there Solscud. I actually have a lot of profile views of mecha and ships from both Macross and Robotech!! I used many of the in my Robotech Size Charts. Lemme know if there is anything specific you are looking for.
  3. On the cover of the ROBOTECH SUPER VERITECH ARMOR APPENDIX toy, there are some nice 'blueprint' style lineart for the Super VF-1 Fast Packs and other modules. I was wondering if anyone owned this toy or had access to the images, if they might be able to provide some hi-res scans for me. I hope to 'invert' the white line drawings and used them to trace nice Fast packs and accessories in Adobe Illustrator. Thanks!! MW Rocks!!
  4. I wanted to use Photoshop to color and shade pictures of the main Destroids (Monster, Defender, Tomahawk, Spartan, Phalanx) and Zentradi mecha (Battlepods and Power Armor). Would anyone have any hi-res lineart of any of the Destroids, forward and rear at 2/3 or 3/4 angles? The example below is the kind o image I am looking for, but f course much higher res and larger. http://mahq.net/mecha/macross/sdfmacross/sdr-04-mk12.jpg Thanks for any help guys!!

Here is my old RPG adaptation of the VF-5 I made years ago. I based my version off the F-5 Tiger II. It has the single engine and water capability too. http://www.geocities.com/macross2090/tiger.html
  6. Here is my rendition of the Southern Cross Logan done in the Black Lion Squadron colors.
  7. wwwmwww had asked me for larger images of some of the Robotech mecha. Here ya go: http://www.macrossworld.com/mwf/index.php?...pic=2993&st=340
  8. Here are some Robotech VF and Cyclone templates that I have been using in my Robotech Size Charts. http://www.macrossworld.com/mwf/index.php?showtopic=18468
  9. Thanks for the interest on my Robotech Size Charts. I am in the process of greatly expanding them, and I am trying to incorporate every mecha, vehicle and vessel that I can locate. I am adding more detailed charts for different scales, from as small as a Cyclone to as large as Dolza's ship. After I am completed the Robotech chart, I have tentative plans to construct one for Macross as well. If anyone has any mecha they would like to donate, or better pictures of ones I already have, please feel free to contact me. For the dimensions, I have drawn upon two primary sources, macross.anime.net, and for the remainder, the Robotech Reference Guide and Robotech.com. The Deadalus on the side of the SDF-1 is smaller than the Daed by itslf, I believe the SDF-1 itself is slightly disproportionate. The Zentraedi height eems to fluctuate widely depending on the source, from 5x to 10x human height. I decided to use the dimensions for Milia from macross.anime.net. They seemed to indicate that her height and (ahem) measurements were 5x bigger when a giant, so I used the 'average' male height of 1.8 meters x 5. It does vary from Zent to Zent, and Breetai and Dolza are the exceptions. Thanks to valk1j and chas for the Macross size comparson pics. Most of the artwork is derived from various sources, such as Robotech.com, screencaps, art scans, etc. Much of the lineart is originally drawn by us. I will post some of them in hi-res on the color scheme thread in the next few days for those interested!!
  10. Here is a projecty I have been working on, comparing the sizes of various mecha, ships and vehicles from the Robotech series. Mecha Scale http://www.geocities.com/johnston_portfoli...echascale2.html Vehicle Scale 2 http://www.geocities.com/johnston_portfoli...iclescale2.html Vessel Scale http://www.geocities.com/johnston_portfoli...sselscale1.html http://www.geocities.com/johnston_portfoli...sselscale2.html http://www.geocities.com/johnston_portfoli...sselscale3.html
  11. Would anyone have a nice quality picture of the Skull Squadron logo? The ol' Jolly Roger that is!!
  12. Hi Jedi Knight. I am working on designing some more line templates and color schemes based off these scans. Do you have scans for the entire run?
