thanks it is probably a kitbash. it is really nice though. it looks like the ship from Silpheed 1 for the Sega Genesis CD not Silpheed 2 Lost Planet for the PS2 which seems to have more mechanical detail on it. it is a awesome find though. chris

oh sh-t where did you find this? it is from a videogame called Silpheed, part 2 is out for ther PS2 it is a overhead shooter. this is very cool i have always loved this design. chris

how big is this kit when completed?, i want to pick one up, but i have seen these go for more than $40.00 and i am not sure if i want to pay that much if it is to small. chris

i thought about getting the lego star wars game i thought it looked cool, i might consider it more now that i am hearing some good things about it.

not that i know of, i think image anime is the only domestic place i have seen it. The Asshimar prototype looks ugly and way out of proportion so far, i hope they fix it. chris

just out of curiousity even though it is said to be 1/48 is it truly the same size as a Yamato valk? i know sometimes gundams that are scaled at 1/144 side by side seem to be different heights, i was wondering if you could tell me if it is the same for this. the nose cone in one of the pics seemed alittle smaller than the yamato. looking real good by the way. chris,

few various parts, there are a few more in my basement that are stil drying. so far it is coming along good, i have yet to clear coat does anyone have any recomendations?

as you can see by the other pics i am going to use the other head for it, i am waiting for the spike on top of it to come in, G-system forgot to include it in the kit. so Roy at Mechadream had to send for it. i have alot of various little pieces done for it, i really need to get the main ones going.

the shoulder pad, i do not know what color the spikes are going to be yet, and i need to do some touch ups around the green spike

you know what i would love to see you do for the eye, something similar to the g-system kits, it is very easy to do all you need is to put a mechanical detail behind clear peice, when i get around to doing my 1/48 custom i am going to try that. here is a pic of my Geara Doga gun

i like the gato custom the best for this kit, it has the best weapon i think, Chars gelgoog is ok but i hate the pinkish red that it was molded in. chris
