WHOA! Hey >EXO<, if you ever come around to the articulated figures, put me down for two!
-
Ugh! Rick looks like a member of One Direction. I'd try a Roy figure, if Toynami ever releases these, but to be honest, I'm secretly wishing Figuarts would take a swing at Macross characters.

They are releasing the HM-R Super VF-1J Max-Type to go with their all-new HM-R Super VF-1J Milia-Type.....so anything is possible, including the re-release of "R" versions of the remainder of Skull Squadron VF-1A's...they have teased a Super VF-1A Soldier-Type....so again, anything is possible...including packing the "R" versions of the VF-1A Skull Squadron with the S/S packs this time around...who knows, maybe they will go the websclusive route with them once again!......
Personally, I have the originals so it would not bother me if they did not release "R" versions....I would rather they concentrate on new, never before released mecha...
I would suggest you wait until they make a determination on whether the Super VF-1A Soldier-Type will be released or not.....I think that would make the release of "R" versions of Skull Squadron more likely......The market price for the old HM's is not going up due to the HM-R releases...so I think you are not in any danger of facing a surge in the prices for the old HM VF-1A's at the moment.....if it becomes apparent that they will not be re-released....then you may have to act fast if you want one as other collectors may also begin wanting them also to complete Skull Squadron.....
Thanks, jv.

A question: The Hi-Metal line was rebooted, if I remember correctly, and Max VF-1a is one of the older figures, right? I want one, but I'm not sure if I should wait for Bandai to reissue it or get one of the older ones in the secondary market.

Do we know when is Bandai supposed to announce the next ítem? I know, I haven't held any of the last four releases and I can't wait for the next one.

Congrats on everyone who got their Monster PO. And hope it's not that bad to secure one.
Anyways, if anyone interested there's someone who's selling a vintage MAC II Monster at eBay. Not sure if he's a member here.
He's probably making room for the HMR he just ordered. Good thing I'm not into vintage stuff.

Thanks, guys. I might try and change the shipping method later on just to be safe. Good night everyone. It was fun.

Is registered SAL a good idea for this? I don't mind the waiting.

I suspect that Bandai made quite a bunch of Regults anticipating collectors buying multiples (the low price compared to the cost of the Glaug is also a good indication). I don't know what's Bandai's prediction for the Monster, but I'm sure they didn't produce nearly as many.

Isn't the Roy VF-1S some kind of shop exclusive? My point is, it will only be available to mere mortals(people outside of Japan) via websites like Nippon Yasan. Do they usually carry some stock beyond what is preordered?
Mykombini took orders for the Special Edition Roy. They were asking for some advance money for it, so my guess is no.

Ah, that's perfect. Thanks, EXO.

Does CDJapan allow you to decrease the number of units on a pre-order after the fact?
I'm not sure about CDJ, but Mykombini agreed to lower my Roy preorder after I ordered an extra one by mistake. I only had to write to them. Try eMailing, I'm sure that happens to them all the time.
BTW, does anyone knows when is Roy coming out? I want to make sure I have the money ready for it when the payment notice arrives.

Which site would be the best choice for getting the Monster, price/points wise? I'm guessing hlj, since everybody is willing to take their chances with them? (as you can tell I'm not very hot on preorders, I usually just buy when I have the money from whoever has the item for a reasonably price).

Diorama-wise, I'm more into this one. If I ever get around to make one, It'll probably be an action scene at the deck of the SDF-1. Say, how tall do you think a SDF-1 bridge should be at 1/100 scale?

I had the same thought: If he's making notes on the prototype of the Monster, is probably Miyatake.

Still waiting for my payment notice from Mykombini. Anybody else here ordered from them?

I'm so glad I skipped on the Revoltechs and the Toynamis. For me, these are the Regults to have (of course there was Yamato's, but that was another league entirely).

This is long overdue, but props to Kicker773 and DarrinG. I'd recommend dealing with them any day.

Hey guys. What the header says. I just need one. I pay immediately via PP if the price is reasonable. I'd prefer a seller in the US since the toy should be shipped there, but I take offers. Thanks!

No Hikaru 1S for me just yet. I need to save up and already have a bunch of preorders. It's not very high on my priority list either, I still gotta get the GBP first.

Thanks, McFly. Never did that before, but might as well give it a shot.

Lot's of hero mech coming up, if Bandai releases all VF's and Destroids. I hope we see some Gnerls (I'd pick up a few of those) and Quell Quallies to cope with them. (Fat chance, I know, frankly, if Bandai releases the Scout Regult and a decent Queadluun Rau, I'll call it a day).
