Is there a sample photo of what the "yellow" (Roy) and "blue" (Max) types will look like yet?

Finally received the shipping notice from NY for my two YF-29 last night. Hopefully the same goes for the others who were waiting as well.

Got the same delay e-mail for the YF-29 from NY.

Shipping method I have was registered SAL. Don't think there'll be a problem with NY sourcing their supply, but it's rather irksome those of us who had already paid are getting shafted with this delay.

Wish I had picked up an extra VF-25S when they issued the renewals. It was nice back then, I just freely browsed onto Hobby Search and ordered one, none of the pre-order madness we see now! I can't begin to imagine what the pre-order would be like should they announce a re-release of the 25S.... oh wait, I can! That pic of Kirk pretty much sums it up. LOL

D'oh...was on HLJ last night too browsing around and was going to search this YF-29 for the heck of it, but then something else caught my attention and I forgot. Guess I missed out once again. LOL

From what i read about Masei helmets, their size is slightly smaller than what they indicate on their size charts. But Masei also told me they can provide different paddings to help with fitment. That said, I'm ordering a large...

Masei replied and indicated it'll be $40 extra for custom colours. Really debating whether to go for a black helmet or not.

I sent them a reply to see how much it'd cost for a custom paint scheme. I already have a Focker DYRL from Yamato, so I might try for some sort of stealth type colouring.
