There are two kinds, the off-white DYRL type color parts and also grey-blue parts that are molded in the same color as the DYRL super strike packs. I've gotten boxes with both types and the packaging is identical.

There are also brown optional parts for the DYRL CF valk, but those only came with that particular model.

They really dug up the b-talent: Sean Young, Eddie Furlong, Corin Nemec (Parker Lewis Can't Loose!!!).

Based off the previews I'd rather watch Star Trek Phase 2.

I don't think so, the Yamato VF-19 line has that same piece and it's worked perfectly. My guess is it's something to do with the wings.

I'll bet it's the high speed mode wing connector.

I've used some armament loading figures before and they're a bit small (as would be expected).

Anubus20, Why do you do the tape treatment on the nose cone? To prevent scratching?

Black Aces or other low viz schemes are the only vf1 v3s I'd buy. I just can't see a whole lot more done with the design that'd make me need to have another focker or hikaru.

I was going to say, you should try and do a tripod landing gear like a HH-65, but in order for that to work, you'd need to move the left and right weapons pylons back a bit.

Alternatively, you could do a wheel on the tail, like modelglue suggests. The AH-64 has one like that.

Has anyone experience if there is a already mixed Tamiya black in a spray can that matches the black from the Yamato VF-1s and what coat I should use to get a nice blend with the Arcaida finish.

From my experience the YamatArcadia finish is somewhere between semi-gloss and flat. Out of the bottle semi-gloss and flat doesn't match up right, so you have to do a 50/50 mixture between the two.
