Drawings do nothing for me. We already knew Yamato was working on this. Until I see a prototype, it's nothing more than a yf19fp.

People's interests change for one reason or another. Most of us are in their 20'3 and early 30's and are getting married and/or having kids. I become a father 6 months ago and everything changed. My wife stopped working and money is pretty tight. Although my case is special because I had triplets.

There is also a lot of duplication from Yamato and others. The market become flooded and Macross toys don'tt seem so special anymore. I still love them but I wouldn't prefer to see more variety.

I wasn't sure what to expect but it was pretty good. I wouldn't consider it the weirdest anime I have seen - there is some pretty weird s___ out there.

I wasn't going to get this game for a while because of financial reasons but I couldn't hold out. I got it on Friday and played several hours so far. I have not done too many missions because I mainly enjoy driving around and checking out all the little details of the game. I've been working out at the gym, dancing in the clubs, playing arcade the arcade games, tagging, driving different cars, etc. I am amazed in the level of detail throughout the city.

I agree about the language. I suppose it is accurate for the characters but I think they could of toned it down a bit and still kept the feel. I'm no stranger to foul language (oww my freakin ears) but it kind of sucks in that I have to keep the volume low so my wife does not have to hear all the mf this and f that.

I also agree that the aiming system sucks but I expected that. I got spoiled playing VC with a mouse and keyboard on the PC. I always had a hard time aiming with any type of shooting game on consoles. However, earlier GTA games did seem easier. I just wish SA came out on the PC now instead of a year. I also don't like having to use the joystick to drive the vehicles because it is too sensitive. I was trying to do tricks on a motorcycle but found it impossible because I couldn't keep the joystick steady. Any little nudge left or right caused me to spin aorund.

I, too, am like 'wtf' after watching the raw. I can already tell I am not liking the ending. Overall, the final episode lacks visual punch. I expected much more in the final showdown than that. Then that Monster seemed thrown in for no reason. Oh well, anime rarely ends well, especially short ones like M0.

You and a buddy of mine are the only people I know that play games and didn't love GTA. The first GTA was a blast and the third blew my mind the first time I saw it. I played it for hours doing nothing but driving around and messing with the dynamics of the game. I loved the way the vehicles handled and all the different things you could do. You could play the game for weeks and still find something new.

I'm not sure what to think of the new GTA. Things like having to tool around on a bike and work out at the gym don't sound like much fun. Sadly, I won't be able to check it out for a while personally because of a tight budget. If I am going to buy a game, it can only be one and that is going to be HL2.

BTW- What's the freakin deal with Halo? Anytime there is a discussion about any game, someone has to bring up Halo like it's the god of all games.

I really thought I was going to enjoy NGE but I didn't. I might need to watch it again because I don't get what is so great about it. The animation is top-notch but I was quickly annoyed by Shenji and the whole thing with his a-hole dad. I didn't really understand what the deal was with the enemy and the meaning of the religous symbols. I later found out that the creators just threw Western religous stuff in because it looked cool.

Rhaxephon was fairly similar and much better IMO.

I'm not aware of any Gakken bootlegs. The Mospeada is so complicated and delicate that I would think it would be the last thing to bootleg. Gakken's were sold in many different packages, around the world. Perhaps this one is from a country we have not seen before.

Personally I love in GTA when someone is screwing with me... I just set them on fire and listen to them scream.  I don't think killing in any other video game has ever been more fun.

I dunno man... you can kill people in some fun ways in Postal II. I prefer urinating in their mouth until they start to vomit, then I blow them away. Alternatively, you can pour gasoline on them and toss a match. Not the best game out there, but fun for fun's sake.

LOL - One of my guilty pleasures as well. My favorite was walking into a crowded room, pouring gas all over the place, and throwing a match. Once everyone freaks out, and runs around on fire, then I piss all over them. "I'm helping I'm helping I'm helping I'm helping!" Although, beating up old ladies with a baseball bat in GTA is fun, too.

It sounds like you did not properly unistall the old video drivers. Windows can sometimes sort things out but not most of the time. You can try to uninstall all video drivers and set it up for standard VGA, then install the new drivers. If all else fails, I would just reformat the hd and start over. Download the latest drivers for all the hardware and update windows to the latest. If you still have the same problems, then it is more than likely hardware related.

I tried watching this one but didn't care for it. It was okay but I didn't like how it was so dark and gory in one part and then so cutesy, childlike in the next. I also hated earlier scenes when troops see what these chicks can do yet they rush them trying to strike them with a butt of a rifle.

PCGamer reviewed HL2 as soon as it was done and gave it a 98%. It sounds like it will really be awesome in every way. I enjoyed Doom3 but I never expect ID to deliver the best game ever (best looking maybe).

I think that is your best work, Kurt, and the coolest custom I have seen. Tremendous.

If somone was out to rip you off, they would just steal pictures and take the money. I doubt anyone would go through that much trouble and investment to make a few bucks.

by the way how long seriously has it been delayed? when was it first announced anyhow? does anyone have the exact year and month they announced it?

I don't think it was ever officially announced so there was never an exact release date. I think they just told Graham or someone that it was in the works at some point.

R2 volume 5 isn't due out until march or may (I forget which). So after that's out, we'll get our volume 2 with the remaining 3 episodes.

tx for the info. I was wondering what was going on. It seems like forever for a new episode to come out - just like Macross0.
