Forget Grandia!, I am still waiting on Legend of Legaia and I been trying to get a PS1 copy since my dumba$$ loser brother stole it along with a couple other games several years ago and the ones I see on Ebay do not seem good because they been thru a "Dr" or scratched. Speaking of RPGs does anyone here play The Elder scrolls IV Oblivion? That game is so wierd yet fun.Too bad I die alot in that one too.I guess Nords are bad race to start off with. And I just wanted to offer a caution to those who play Aliens vs Predator online,beware of multi species TDMs because everyone uses the friggen Predator and spam kill with the disc! I have not see that much spam since I played LOTR: Conquest and all were mages!

Now I see why it doesn't work,Since I never been a hard core Robotech fan I been ignorant of the novels( I hate reading novels unless its Star Trek,Aliens or Resident Evil) and most comics and RPGs I had no idea that those things I thot were original were already used a long time ago.I think Tommy may have screwed Robotech's future because I have not heard a legit reason or story if the support charecters will be back,like Lancer,Sera,Lunk,Rand and Rook and Tommy never commented if they will be back. And Seto,Maybe folks should ignore what Mav said in defence of TSC and force him to try to defend TSC here because if anyone contests Maverick's stupidity at RtX or rt.com then Mav and Memo will automatically think it is you or another fan from this site and then you get banned.Seems like Memo found another a$$clown to use.

Seto Kaiba I did not know I was challenged on this since I ignore Gubaba's post,,I be glad to explain why I like it Seto, Because I thot that it was a nice move to introduce an original enemy into Robotech and think it was a move in the right direction and step to start doing things original,Example the Haydonites and The Awareness.I did notice some corny parts like Maia's purple hair and eyes,No dead bodies on the ship Janice was found on, Rick Hunter looked like He-Man with gray hair,Lunk,Sera and Lancer no where.But I like the combat battles and the new cyclone used by Grant and how they tricked the Haydonites by sacrificing the Liberty station.But the main point was that maybe Robotech was finally in the direction of originality.I guess I can like things that are not meant to be liked,After all I like Masters saga too. laters, Pete

Seto Harmony Fold wanted to make a good impression? gee thats a first, And this might come as a shock to those who thot I was a Shadow Chronicles-aholic, a few months ago I read some parts of Prelude TTSC and then noticed that they are almost cut and paste of the old Waltrip Sentinels comics,,,COME ON! I was like so disappointed that Tommy did not make his story original and the fact that it seems Tommy and the Waltrips recycled old comics and made it new by adding color. And Seto, Mav lied,because if what Memo said is true then WB is going to base the movies on all 3 episodes not SC,so Mavs fears are unfounded.What is funny is that Mav said that WB is making Robotech the "tentpole" but no proof of that crap he said. I checked WB.com and nada on Robotech so he is a liar.

Sorry for posting on a old thread but I am so back into Star Blazers and I ordered a complete set of Series 1 after I already bought parts 1&2 at $20 a piece and just wondering if anyone else here still enjoys this show?, I like it because it is awesome in its own way and it saved me from the trauma I suffered watching "battle of the planets" that my older sister liked to watch (sorry to you G-force fans,but that show was terrible,I mean ninjas dressed up as birds,Come ON!) and if I don't die and my tax return comes fast I plan to get the dvd sets of Series 2 and 3. But I saw at starblazers.com that the Bolar Wars is part 3 but I remember only the Comet Empire,did part 3 ever air here in the states? been 30 years so I cant remember. Laters, Pete

Thanks VFTF1, I forgot who Octane is,and I remember a few episodes where Starscream was trying to get eyes for Unicron so he can give Starscream a new body then attach him to Cybertron but in the end Starscream screwed Unicron and told him to "do it yourself" and that still cracks me up. As for Super "sayain" Powermaster Optimus Prime,I heard that only a handful were made so I guess I do have a collectors item.I even have a few "tiny" transformers of Optimus and Soundwave that has a tiny,tiny transformable Ravage.Go ahead and laugh,an old man who collects Transformers.

If you do a stealth attack on a Marine it is a 1-hit kill.I am still trying to learn how to do the "mouth kill" attack as Alien.And recently I started online gaming and it is awesome because there are 2 different TDMs but the sad thing is everyone wants to be predator and spam the God dang disk for instant Kills.Aliens are hard online since no way to use the "spit acid" alien,they all melee online and it is sad because I like Aliens too. I think the online is way better and more fun than MAG and MW2 but the only bad things no croutching online either. Laters, Pete

Well if my memory is correct,the atmo exploded leaving the atmo colony a big friggen hole and anything within a 30 mile radius would be destroyed. I can see how long that game would last...drop ships lands and see a big hole where the terraformers colony was,marines reboard the drop ship and say "all is lost,no one alive for miles" Unless they make the Marines rediscover the Space Jockey ship but that was already done in the PSone game called Alien triolgy where the game ending battle is back at the Space Jockey ship but I yet to finish that game,synthetics too hard to kill and it is on a similar layout like Doom and SW: Dark Trooper. Maybe Ridley will explain how Gen-An's family were cooking a Xeno in a big kettle in the background of Samurai Showdown 2. Laters

I think Dallas said "it looks petrified" but maybe it could have been a "exo-skeleton" type being,and when Ash scanned the atmo on LV 426 he said the air contained methane,carbon dioxide crystals and nitrogen and no telling what that could have done to the SJ biological structure. One mystery this prequel might uncover is what I noticed a few hours ago when I watched Alien for the first time in 3 or more years,, The Nostromo mining ship did not pick up any signals on the way to the planet to be mined, But the Nostromo "Mother" computer only noticed the signal on the way back to Earth so that mystery could be that the Space Jockey crashed on LV 426 after the Nostromo was long past out of range on the way to the mining planet or did the company computer cause the signal to be ignored until the return trip back to Earth? Only Ridley knows that one. And I too hope there is no Predators in this movie. I know one thing for certain,if Charles Bishop Weyland knew what evil paths his company would take in the future I think he might have closed shop and be dissapointed in Weyland-Yutani on they way they toy with other species. Heres some food for thought, What would happen if Umbrella corp. resurfaced and got a hand in the human-Xeno wars?.. Maybe a Nemesis Pratorian.

Uxi Uhh,The ones being butt hurt is Harmony Fold,because they know if they make it easy for BW/SN to bring over Macross franchise many,many fans would swarm to get the decent subbed unedited versions of Macross Frontier and Zero and DYRL? and then fans would say "Screw Toynami,,VF-25 here I come,and cheaper too" so more than likely Robotech would be drowned out by the new wave of Macross market worldwide and that would hurt HG's wallet.. I know because as much of a fan I am of Macross,I would gladly buy a Blu-ray of Frontier and DYRL? with proper subs. So HG makes horrible conditions that would make BW/SN say "no" to because from what I read and learned on HG's dirty pull on Macross,HG should be paying Macross to come here. Oooooh!,,,,, A nickle!

Some of those comics were "whack" because I seen some that killed all my respect for Alien comics from DH,,Those comics were: Batman vs Aliens Superman vs Aliens And one other that was corny so I have not touched a DH comic on Aliens since early 90's But let us all hope they not use too many CGs either because it would kill the feel.

Jasonc Oh man, Maybe the voice actors got tired of waiting for that phone call from harmony FOLD and had no choice but to search for new VAs. But one change that would be awesome would be getting a better voice for The Regis and the best voice for The Regis would be Pat Carroll who did the voice for Ursula in Little Mermaid and Kingdom Hearts 1&2. For some strange reason I like that charecter voice and the Regis voice seems so condecending like and no charisma. Side note, I realized that it must be true what others has been saying this whole time about HG not able to create things without Macross elements because what Steve said in that vid "HG tried to license Mac7" means that HG has no ideas how to continue Robotech unless they dub another anime with the name Robotech. Dang it, I lost a link to a part where either Ridley or another person that the story is/was going to be based on the Space Jockey race being who takes over planets with Alien infestations and then uses an "antidote" on the Aliens (or Xenos,I hate that word) then assimulates the planets for them but on that particular deralict ship,a face hugger gets that pilot. Maybe we can see what type of Alien emerged from the SJ. I am glad I am not a writer because I would make the prequel based that the SJ was a empathetic being who had sympathy on the Xenos and tried to rescue them from the Predators but I would have no idea why an egg would hatch if nothing got its attention.But it could fit since the deralict looked like a queen hive. Or make them to be victims of a predator hunt game gone bad. I better stick to keeping it in my head huh? Laters

Thanks for that link HP, I was trying to surf the web on my PS3 and all I kept getting were websites already talking about it. Seems I made a mistake on the Space Jockey being a predator because I just youtubed a scene and the Space Jockey was way too big. What would be sad if Ridley made the Aliens a "created" species instead of a natural being.Atleast Ridley is the one to fix the damage that was done to Aliens in that movie AvP Requiem. And according to a website I read recently is that the children were Ridley's that were climbing around the Space Jockey.

I apologize in advance if this thread exists elsewhere. Has anyone heard the rumors of an Alien prequel based on Ridleys Scott's "Space Jockey"? One weird thing is that I thot that the "space jockey" was a predator because I was one of the few who watched <b>AvP Requiem</b> and the seat that the predator used to scan the distress call looked exactly like the chair in the Space Jockey's ship. Eeek gags I feel dumb,A few times I mispelled Predator And that sux no one can crouch.Sure cant wait till I try the online. From what I been reading,it still needs online tune ups.But usually all online games usually start out bad with bugs. I sure can mention this,the Predator are alot more harder to campaign with.I just got owned and swarmed and gave it a rest.That spin blade disk is a saver tho thats for sure.

Allow me to toss something in this abyss of Robotech's future. It may not be much to shoot at Memo and his blind ambitions for the success of Harmony Gold,but why would HG staff fire/let go Sue Blu? the director of voice talents (or what ever her part was) in Shadow Rising? Even when I was Memo's friend I asked him about it and he still said HG is on a roll with Robotech.How the heck can something be on a roll if it is on indefinte hiatus and then fire a key person,,maybe the only thing on a roll from HG is the bull crap they roll at us from Kevin Mckeever and Memo and HG staff at conventions. Sorry,I type funny when I remember funny things,like Steve's face in that recent vid when fans asked to bring over Frontier..I repeat,,an epic wooden face he had at that moment.
