  1. I would love one too but without transformation I doubt it would sell for them. If they could do the shoulder gun transformation then maybe, But the Queadluun Rau is a beautiful mech and on the resale market it is just above retail. I think the resin kit by Mono Craft released back in the 80's is all we will ever have. I'll be optimistic with you Here is my built up:
  2. Megazone23 Part II Wilde Sau resin kit by mono craft. Sorry I uploaded twice.
  3. Or at least a Wilde Sau, one of my favorite mechs of all time Were any resin kits ever made of the Zahme Sau? I have 2 of the Mono Craft Wilde.
  4. Perhaps, But I don't remember getting a phone card with mine. I can't dig it out now and look as it's in storage, All my blu-rays are ripped to my NAS. I have grown too lazy in my twilight years to insert a disc. Just wondering if there might be anything additional as Macross Plus is my favorite non-showa era macross.
  5. Did I miss something? Does this version come with anything other than the first release?
  6. Waaaaaa! I had to take mine out of the display case for apt. construction over the holidays. Just some light inspection and gold plastic pieces are disintegrating. So sad, one of my favorite pieces.
  7. Is the Macross SF Challenge footage available anywhere online to d/l? google search yields nothing. Only time I've ever seen it in action is the OLD monthly Ambassador hotel convention in Los Angeles. Circa late 80's early 90's
  8. omg! Must see this. Shameless YouTube plug:
  9. LOL, already asked him Actually I should clarify.... I'm looking for the videos. This must go into my macross video stash.
  10. Gosh I hope so, i wanna see eps. 1&2 also.
  11. Well! let us see bro! Ur the guy that works for Masai! No, we will not order another. WHERE IS MY BLUE VISOR? /SPAM!
  12. Wish i kept those 2 DYRL Fan released scripts from the 80's. Don't hate me, but I think I had a Reba West autograph on one.....
  13. Here are some screen caps of good, grainy,& blurry scenes from the Blu-Ray box:
  14. It is going to be difficult to produce screen caps as no existing PC/MAC blu-ray software allows screen caps to be taken. Part of the blu-ray licencing specs. VLC can do it but Blu-Ray playback is buggy as hell!
  15. >>>Spoiler Yeah That bothered me too about Julianna, There are things that happen later that kinda explain why she acted this way though.
  16. I felt the same way but after a few episodes I kinda got the feeling that this universe might be somewhat dreamlike. So for me that kinda explains why the characters act and do unrealistic things. I had to forget about "Where did the film's come from?" and "Why and How do the film's exist?" If you have ever seen Blade Runner it's kinda similar with the question of "What is Humanity?" or consciousness. For me the underlying question in The Man in High Castle is "What is reality?
  17. After looking at it this weekend on the 4K you are right,Checked it out with and without up-scaling and any picture enhancements. The bitrate on these discs is killing me though. For some reason the "special" disc is the only one that looks like it was mastered properly. One thing missing: But as crazy as Japan Victor Corp. is about copyrights i can understand why this was not included.
  18. I had a chance to look over the mastering of these Discs. Kinda different for Japanese Blu-Ray's these discs actually have the latest copy protection. They were mastered by a company called Luxent. I'lll look more. but I'm kinda bummed about the low bitrate. But this is state of the art for an anime that was mastered to video. In the end it is a godsend comparing it to the Macross D,Y,R,L, Blu-ray.
  19. I'm the guy that scored your Iczer-1 kits. I would have went for some of the Obari cels but I gotta slow my collecting down too!
