Got my order in yesterday which I inked with a dark gray Sharpie which didn't seem to have any adverse effects on the plastic. The parts are holding up well and went through transformation without any hiccups. Glad to see my 0A having fully functional shoulders now. Many thanks for taking up this job!

Awesome! Were you able to ask about having the parts cast in grey? If grey won't be made available, would the polished white be suggested over the regular white? Which surface would be easier to paint on?

Awesome. Is the surface of the part rough or smooth? From my experience with Shapeways parts the surfaces have been rough as opposed to a glossy smooth finish. Either way I'll be buying these sets once the final adjustments are made. Thanks!

Do they come in one color? I'm not positive but I think the 0S and 0A had different shades. Either way, I'd take two sets of everything. Maybe three for insurance.

By my count the preorder at AmiAmi was open for a total of three minutes before selling out. Shortly after it may have opened again for about a minute or less. I was able to secure one before the first sell out. So yeah. Three minutes at AmiAmi. Below is what occurred tonight. - 2:02AM EST preorder page is put up but listed as sold out. Placeholder? - 2:07AM EST preorders are available. - 2:10AM EST preorders sell out. - 2:15AM EST preorders available again? - 2:15AM EST preorders sell out again? - Limit one per household.

Just a heads up. In fighter and gerwalk modes the metal tab that's on the backpack connector can scratch up the face, in particular the mouth. Happened to mine when I transformed it back to fighter mode.

Got a response from AmiAmi concerning the Tornado misprint: Unfortunately this doesn't answer the question of whether or not they contacted Bandai to ask if it was done on purpose.

My Gamlin game with no face. Took about a month and change for HLJ to get the part for me from Yamato. I know that another guy's Gamlin was missing a landing gear.

Ahhh. I got a buddy on TFW who hasn't opened his yet and there might be a sixth then.

So now there are at least four cases of SWS that I know of. Waiting on a fifth owner to confirm whether or not he has it as well. Starting to look like it's either a whole manufacturing run or Bandai did it intentionally.

I like it. The new, slightly different colors on the 25F are more appealing to me with many of the light gray plastic parts now black. The leg additions are much better this time around in comparison to the FAST Pack ones. They don't come apart nearly as easy as the FAST Pack ones do. The only negatives for me are that the 25F used weren't improved, leaving the gerwalk mode still falling short. Also, much like the Armored, the additions on the wings make it top heavy in battroid mode which causes it to topple backwards easily. There's also tiny little spikes on the end of the wings of the wing boosters that can easily snag onto clothing so you might want to be careful of those. There's two on each wing for a total of four.

Have you heard anything about the add on micromissile pods that wasn't included with this release? It's probably going to be yet another Tamashii exclusive like the Gallia IV and RVF Ghost set huh?

I'd gladly trade my misprint of potential worth for a correct one.

I use white markers to touch up any tampos on my DXs. Does a pretty good job as long as you have a steady hand or mask it with tape first.

Really? Hate to say this but I'm relieved that I wasn't the only one. I did shoot AmiAmi an email about it and asked if there was any way to contact Bandai for a replacement. Not that it's a HUGE deal but just annoying to see SWS instead of SMS on one side. And yeah, I can totally see people being suspicious of it being an April Fool's joke but sadly it isn't.

I just opened my Tornado Messiah and was in the process of putting on the additions when I noticed that one of the leg armor pieces has the SMS logo upside down. Is it supposed to be? The other side is right side up. Did I just get Bandai'd? Has it been reported before? I plan on writing to AmiAmi to see if they can contact Bandai for a replacement. Here's pics:
