  1. I'm confused, I thought Meltran were only from the DYRL movie. So was this design in both the TV series and DYRL movie? one in green the other purple?

The ship is in both the DYRL and the TV series. In the DYRL it was on the Zentran side. You can see them in action during the battle between the Zentran and Meltran forces. In the TV series it can be seen in episode 27 when Earth is attacked by the Main Fleet. They are the ships doing the planetary bombardment and in the final episode, 36, when it does the suicide run.

  2. Actually, the Kamikaze ship wasn't brown, but purple (it was a Meltran vessel.) The reason it looked brown is because I think the top of the hull rusted from exposure to the elements and such. I know because I just re-watched Ep 36 a few times just recently :D

In the Macross movie they had both brown and green as well. So we will have 3 colors to choose from.

  3. Greetings all. I have mostly Yamato macross items for sale that are in 1/72.

Pic1 is items that have been opened and displayed. All the parts are present and the decals have been applied to the YF19.

Pic2 are items that I never have opened and are still sealed.

Pic3 is Evangelion stuff. The Eva-01 Testtype had a broken right foot that I repaired.

The sales price is $37.00 each for the macross items and $17.00 each for the Evangelion items. The shipping cost is added into the sales price for North America. Will accept paypal and money orders. I also will consider possible trades for 1/48 and 1/72 Hasegawa macross model kits.

    Thank you for looking.

  4. Gorgeous custom paint scheme.

But to be really nit-picky, only the YF-19 had the 2-peice canopy.

Every VF-19 from the VF-19A onwards had a single piece canopy.

Call it a VF-19 version 1.1 prototype. Usually 2 or 3 prototypes are produced for testing away.

  5. Assuming that I can get sufficient demand to resurrect it, you'd likely be looking at 7 big ones price-wise, including screws, acrylic pieces & decals. My idea was to break it down into 6 modules, with me offering one module every 1-2 months: this makes the price easier to manage, and the work load easier to manage as well. It's hard to convey, but just one arm of the Beast is more complex than one of my 1/72 Destroids.

Assuming it even comes to fruition, it would be commencing around late October to mid-November, and I would easily give everyone a 30-day heads-up to prepare... Including myself!

Is it possible to push it until after Christmas? Please.
