I would like it in 1/1000. It will go with the 1/1000 Oberth frigate.

It was a good time. It was nice meeting up with all of the guys. Met Thor, Tundrayeti, and Ghadrack Friday and Valkyrie and Mslz22 Saturday.
There was a little Macross love this time around at the show. Tundrayeti's had some of the Macross support vehicles for sale and Mslz22 awesome 1/24 valkyrie. That thing is huge. It had a table for itself. I will post some pics later. Also, the 1/1000 Oberth frigate is coming soon to Starshipmodeler. Both Thor and Tundrayeti have some great 3D stuff. The hangar that I had Tundrayeti make for me was great. I will have to try and get that one ready for next years WF.
Hopefully I will make it again next year.

Any news?

I will be there as well. I leave tomorrow after work. Spreading the 11 hour drive over 2 days instead of doing it in one.

I like the defender's grin.

AWESOME! Does the troop hatch open as well in 1/72?

Like the paint scheme.

Did anyone ever figure out the approximate scale for that kit was?
I did the math once and came out with around 1/8666. I would call it more 1/9000.

Its a great day for being a Mospeada, Robotech New Gen fan. I will take it in 1/72 to go with my Legioss and Tread fighters and 1/72 Inbit stuff.

That is great news. Can't wait to see the final product. Idea on a sales price?

Nice. No problem with the 50 cal. I have a few extras in my spare parts box.

I have one finished bury somewhere in this thread. Make sure you sand that seem between the halves. It took me about 3 days to remove them.

Beautiful.

Ditto.
Love the Tunny VTOL.
Agreed. Nice to see you back in action.

Whatever happened to Rob and Samurai Monkey anyway?
Good question.
-
It was still made by John wasn't it.
The tachikoma is a Samurai Monkey kit and yet it's still made by John.
The 1/100 gluag booster was not mastered by John.

Yes - started. How soon I will finish it is another story.
I have started one as well, but it is on hold right now because I'm getting other models ready for Tigerfest, next weekend, and Wonderfest in May.

Still will look good for the ARMD to have an escort.
