No personal experience Miriya, but I did find this:

Of course, not too many people post good experiences...

Here's some pics from the man himself
Holy crap, never came across that thread before. 1) That is one of the best Monsters I've ever seen, and 2) that is one of the coolest collections I've ever seen.
WOW.
Sorry to threadjack. I hope you find what you're looking for, and post pics when you get it completed!!

mslz22 did the 1/72 Monster kit, he was discussing a second run of them, if you find the old thread it should be at the tail end. With the rise in the cost of materials i belive the expectation was for there is be a rise in the price. I will say though that if you are in the market and these become available you should buy one, even at that price they were a bargain. It's bigger and weighs more than my sister's dog. Quite an impressive kit. I'm kicking myself for not buying two, if they come out again, unless I don't have the means I'll be picking up a second kit.
Did you build your kit? Do you have pics??

An 8 barreled gatling gunpod.
Let me quote one of my favorite characters (I'll give you bonus points if you can guess who I'm talking about)
"Full nitro, let's make toast!"
Grifter from Wildcats....
What do I win?

I think there was never any offcial art work done by Hasegawa. The only art work I have ever got was with the decal set I got. Im sure it was a special from one of the Japanese Model mags. My decals came from Crazy Modeler via evil bay.
Same here. Here are the directions...

I don't know how this got here, but I intend on getting to the bottom of it.
-
I've already started saving for this. I really can't wait. Maybe when they see something this big do well they'll bring the 1/60 Monster back from the grave...

Eugimon - That first shot is really nice!!

Those are some great pics. Kinda creepy with her holding her own head and all.

Stupid life...
I seem to recall someone hinting about a Kurt project in a thread a few weeks back, that he was busy working on something, but I can't recall who said it...
Hmmmmmmmm...

Freaking Amazing!!!!

What's up with the half naked man in the background taking pictures...lol.. need to put some pants buddy! lol
Bwa-ha-ha-ha!!!!
Isn't there a term for people that do that full nude on e-Bay?
/Checks Google....
Ahhh, yes. Found the name. "Reflectoporn"
HAHAHAHAHA
Let me edit this by saying Izzyfcuk is obviously not a reflectoporn poster, as any google search of the word will show the obvious and not safe for work difference.
There, I feel better.

Moving soon so I've gathered up the boxes. I'm actually debating layering then in a box packed with bubble wrap and transporting them myself rather than going through the trouble of taking them all back apart /into fighter mode.
Of course that begs the question, why the hell am I saving the boxes then?

I guess yammies are sort of like retail theraphy to me. Everytime I come across a good deal, the valk demon in me awakens and takes control of my actions. Haha...
I'm suppose to save up to get a place of our own with my other half. If she ever finds out I spent thousands of dollars on a bunch of planes that looks identical (at least to her), I'll be jerking myself off for a long long time....
On a serious note. I do have 4 1/48s thAt i'd love to have in my collection.
Roy VF-1S, Hikaru VF-1J w GBP and M&M.
Dude, I'm in the exact same boat. My wife asks me all the time if I want her to buy me a valk for my birthday next month, and I keep telling her "no" so she wont find out how much they cost...
As far as 1/48 or 1/60, I only have the 1/48's, and I love them!!!!!
-
Today I weathered my Hikaru DYRL VF-1A. (I figure it is expendable since I have the 1S).
Sweeeet job. I'm trying to muster up the nads to do that. Someday.

Moving out, so I packed my Marvel statues and gave the real estate to the Valks. I think they look pretty good up there...

I've got a wife at home with twins on the way. No sense adding to the drama that is about to descend on my head. Plus I need to get my toys now. Once the twins come, no more toys for this guy.
Ouch....err, congrats.

I want one of those kits so bad...

Posted previously, followed some good advice and brightened the image along with a little cropping to off center the subject...

I'm in for one.
(The last?)

Bravo!!

My wife and I plan our meals out in advance, then go to the grocery store and buy only what we need. I eat the leftovers for lunch the next day, she takes a microwave Healthy Choice dinner.
I stopped buying bottles of wine in the 20-30 dollar range and started getting the box wine.
I have a voracious appetite for books, but I buy the majority of them from a used book store here in town. (I still treat myself to a first edition every once in a while)
I no longer purchase DVD's, and those that I did have I uploaded to my computer and got rid of the hardcopy to the same Used book store. I cut my collection from almost 400 to about 75.
This helps to feed my new addiction and my wife's Coach purse habit.

What is the deal with this?? Why would anyone pay that much??

Dude, his Yamato's better be the versions that drive me home from the bar when I've had too much, cook me bacon egg and cheese sandwiches when we get there, and then call the boss the next day to tell him I'm too sick to come to work...
-
I use mine for that purpose, it cuts back on volume when storing them while they are in battroid mode.
Has anyone ordered from bestnhobby.com ?

No problem man. Dug some more and found this as well:

It seems as if they roll under a bunch of different names, fishing for as much business as possible? Sucks that people are just looking to scam innocent buyers.
Good luck with your eventual purchase!!
