  1. Haven't seen a topic about this one yet, but it looks like Bungie is beginning the advance marketing for its new game titled Destiny. The game is a FPS, but looks like a lot more with a much broader, more interactive game environment and social network considerations. A new look at the game has been released: http://www.giantbomb.com/videos/bungie-talks-about-destiny/2300-7056/ This looks like a great new project. It feels like a lot of the creativity from this studio is once again at the forefront for Destiny. They may just have more to them than Halo, which would be a nice surprise. Anyone else interested?
  2. So. Here we are about three weeks away from Destiny being back on the air. This is actually good for me because back in 2005, I was young and stupid and ignorant and I rage-quit the show. Now, thanks to the training of Lord Darth Neo and General Hate, I know how to have fun with my rage. Actually I'll probably just groan a lot. At least it'll be something to tide us over until Final Unicorn and the next Gundam show. Maybe even the next Macross show. Also, I'm going to refer to the Remaster as "Destiny (Not The Game From Bungie.)" Huzzah.
  3. trailer - MGM has provided us with three "SGU: Stargate Universe" posters and the new trailer for the SyFy show premiering on October 2nd. "SGU" follows a band of soldiers, scientists and civilians, who must fend for themselves as they are forced through a Stargate when their hidden base comes under attack. The desperate survivors emerge aboard an ancient ship, which is locked on an unknown course and unable to return to Earth. Faced with meeting the most basic needs of food, water and air, the group must unlock the secrets of the ship's Stargate to survive. The danger, adventure and hope they find on board the Destiny will reveal the heroes and villains among them. looks cool i think, more serious tone.
