Anybody that panel lines or top coating their hmr toys be kind enough to share picture of it? Ive been thinking of top coating with matte/flat topcoat to protect the paint when i get my hands of the hmr toy line. But im curious of its aesthetic because i've never top coat before and have minimal experience panel lining. Sorry for the quote. Not sure how to delete it on mobile

Was it pre painted? Because I thought hasegawa produce model kit that have to be painted by the users.

Just wanna ask, if i get vf31j deculture version+ the super siegfried, i'll have enough decals and parts to build the anime accurate final episode mech+ a super siegfried but with freya stickers? Im noob at this so sorry.

Hi, i'm new to macross collectibles. Just ordered the hmr vf1s messer custom recently. Hopefully i'll received the order because i miss the pre order but really like the colour scheme. Just wondering is there a huge difference in quality between the hmr, dx chogokin, arcadia and yamato line? As in currently i find that the high metal line is at a place where the price and size is just nice for someone like me. Not too big and i can have a little peace of mine handling it by hand due to the pricing. I guess similia to figma and nendoroid. But i really want messer and keith from delta and maybe the lead fighter from frontier. However that is only availble in dx chogokin line and the price is double of the hmr line. Hence just wondering is it really good or i might as well just wait for the hmr line?

I would love to see hmr for macross delta series. Hayate, messer and keith unit would be great.

Other than the tomytec gimix line, was there any other brand or product line that offer similiar product? What i mean is pre painted, cheap and either untransformeable or transformable!

Im new to macross toy collection and stumble upon this thread because the hmr doest require painting. I have two question: 1) between the vf roy fokker, Maximilian and milia, which one should i get first? I was thinking roy because it is older and more popular+limited availbilty. Afterward followed by milia and maximillian. 2) can you share list of toys availble that looks good without painting? I'm bad at painting but dont mind building a kit since i occasionally do oob hg gunpla building. I found tomytech gimix line but it's quite rare. I prefer fighter mode so transformable is just a bonus for me.
