Mostly because I'm still a novice, and a little confused by all the different options. I found a nice glue called Heavy Grip Cement at Roche Bros., which is made by Elmer's. It works on plastics, and near as I can tell it's not a 'solvent' glue (doesn't melt the plastic to form a bond). It's also not clear, it's more of a yellow hue. I think it'll be fine, though, because I intend to pain this, and it'll help me see how the seam looks by contrasting against the white plastic.
