Etrigan
I'm more than willing to import the FIX figuration series, but are there any plans for a domestic (USA) release? I'd rather not pay double for figures that will be available within the year at my local TRU; but I need me some 0017 Zetas.
Isamu Atreides 86
this has been asked by some and the answer was that since most of the figures in the FIX line haven't been seen by US audiences (lots of Z,ZZ, Sentinel), they most likely wouldn't move in huge numbers. i think the best bet would be to import. i don't think Bandai is too interested in bringing these over anytime soon....but i could be wrong. Amped
I can't imagine the FIX series making it to the U.S. anytime soon. It's geared to the adult collector market... which is still a rather misuderstood market stateside. I'm not sure retailers would understand how to market it. Maybe in a few years it might see a U.S. release... but that's pure speculation. Unless they release some Sentinel tie-in in the U.S. (doubtful) I think the only way to get the buggers'll be to continue to import 'em... Abombz!!
Honestly.... I would wait untill Z Gundam makes it to the US. If it is a success.... then Bandai might consider being more agressive about brining more Gundam crap in.
johnkillingsworth
The closest thing we'll get over here is the Arch Enemies series. They're 1/100 scale which I like a little better than 1/144 of the Fix series. They're not as ultra detailed and no cool display box, but a pretty decent series all considered.
